I'm grateful for their service so close to home and I was surprised that they would do an Echo there. On the downside it's hard to understand the system and departments of health care services. Monash Heart appears to be a whole network of services in Dande Clayton and Berwick and who knows where else ??? This keeps me on my toes and is a bit confusing as I had to go to Clayton for my Echo results and to Dande for my Holton Monitor. Next Clayton for my Loop monitor. When I wanted to track down my medical record I learned that I actually was visiting the outpatient department, which was separate again from monash heart. So what I learned is it's vital to keep all your records and learn dept names and doctors names.
