I was just discharged from the emergency department of this hospital after being diagnosed with appendicitis right before an important flight with my partner. Upon arrival, everyone was incredibly caring and kind, listening attentively to my situation and welcoming me warmly. Despite my limited English, they made every effort to understand me and explain complex situations in simple, clear terms. Their doctors have amazing skills and knew how to comfort anxious patients. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this hospital.
Shoutout to Ambulance Victoria, these crews are incredible, their care was top notch and they deserve every dollar they can get. Outstanding service. Unfortunately we were taken to Casey Hospital, where there was zero care by nurses and doctors, support staff tried their best. It was so bad, the ambulance crew refused to leave my wife and fought the hospital who wanted to just put her in a wheelchair and place her in the corner.nThe ambulance crew used their own IV’s and pain relief because the hospital refused to supply it, the ambulance crew was ordered to leave after 2 hours, my wife was placed in a wheelchair and pushed into a corner and then nothing, no further care, no fluids, no pain relief, even asked a nurse for help as my wife was being sick, no help, he just walked off and didn’t come back, disgusting behaviour. In the end, l had to administer pain relief l brought from home.nIt wasn’t just us, everyone was treated this bad, nurses wouldn’t even make eye contact in case they to actually deal with patients. And this is a training hospital, what a joke.nYou wouldn’t treat your dog this bad.nYet they are all walking around, with no sense of urgency with their bright red t-shirts demanding a pay rise.nA pay rise? If it is based on performance and service, nearly all would get a pay cut.
Just come out of hospital after a four day stay in T3nWhilst there I was treated by excellent caring staff, prompt treatment and good food.nI cannot speak highly enough of the staff from triage right through to discharge.nThank you
My son was born here on 2nd May 2024, it was best experience as a father to go through maternity process for my wife. Midwife’s were really caring and emotionally supporting not just only for mother but for father too during labor.nnMid wife ‘s in maternity ward are really a guardian angels when going through labor journey .nnIf you are going to become a father !! Don’t worry you will be given moral and emotional support so do your wife
I went to Monash Casey Hospital today for an extensive Imaging test and want to congratulate Professor Ken Lau and his team for making it such a pleasant experience for me. I was very nervous and he and his team where wonderful in alleviating any worries or concerns I may have had. Every step of the procedure was explained and I felt very safe and in good hands. The day surgery girls were lovely as well. Very attentive and kind.nI felt I needed to share my experience today. :
