STAY AWAY.   These guys go to extreme extents to NOT pay a claim or walk away from a claim.   Example:  Fence storm damage.  A simple, cut and dry claim on a rental property, submitted by real estate agent.  They invoke one of their preferred 'building inspectors' who claims that the fence was worn down anyway and fell down by it self.   STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.   Stick with a reputable insurance company, not a 2-bit company like SGUA.   Note - the policy savings was only $20-$30 cheaper than RAC or CGU.  Go with somebody who does insurance, rather than a fly-by-night like this one!
