I´ve been waiting in the phone for 5 to 7 minutes for them to pick up. when they finally pick up they ask me the same questions that i already answer like my bupa number- then they can't help me because the office is closed! great helping team!!! if I did have an emergency i would bleed out in this process. hate it! dont sign up with them 0 stars

Fantastic, speedy and super friendly service. Very quick to get an appointment and easy to get it rescheduled at short notice. Extremely thorough examination as a contact lens and glasses wearer so very pleased to be returning for future eye examinations :)

Mixed review for this branch. A couple of times I found incompetent advisors.
They always answered to my queries and solved my problems though.
I found Robyn to be the most helpful, friendly and competent advisor at this branch.

If you need a private health insurance this is the only one to go in Australia !!
Never had an issues, super friendly staff and more important:
