I cannot speak highly enough about CHU. They are very professional and have understanding and empathy. At the time when we needed urgent help our Strata Company gave us no direction. We then contacted CHU and what a wonderful experience. They have well trained staff at first point of contact. We were not transferred from one department to another. CHU had our flattened storm damaged fence assessed same day of phone call and had a temporary fence installed next morning for safety while they waited for our three quotes. I give them 10 stars out of 5 if that's possible.
I find it ridiculous that an insurance provider cannot give me a price for changing an excess over the phone, and insist that I send an email request for what is incredibly basic information. The person who took my call was uncooperative and did not seem to want to give me any information about what I could change on my policy. I will definitely be looking for an alternate provider.
Would like to say a special thanks to Leon and the team at CHU, who provide a friendly, efficient and prompt service. I am a Strata Manager and dealing with CHU is always a pleasure! You have a great team who are able to assist with all strata insurance claims.
An over-priced under resourced subsidiary of QBE. Can’t wait until my current policy expires so I can have nothing to do with them.
Overpriced and increased every year at least 25%. Ridiculous.
