Already a QBE customer and phoned 133723 to get a quote for another car. Waited 40mins the first time and 30 minutes the second time later in the day. The calls were never answered. Tried again the next day, gave up after another 30 minute wait. Oh, however the recorded message does talk about how they value our time and customer importance blah blah blah. Terrible service.

I am really frustrated with their service. When contacted, their initial response is from Australia, and then transferred to one of the overseas centres who really do not provide the level of service. I do not recall any instance where they were able to resolve my issues swiftly. It is very unfortunate to the customers and also frustrating, I think at this day and age, the service quality need to be much higher, reducing time wastage of clients.

Just hit the 90 minute mark waiting to make a claim. The two people working in the call centre today must really be under the pump .

This is the most incompetent insurance company I have ever dealt with. My back fence fell down a entire week ago and they were apparently going to rush through my claim because I have a child and a dog but I am still waiting. I out in a complaint and they halted it?? How can they do that???? You have no rights as a customer. The service is appalling. And now they aren't even based in Australia. Your call goes through to the Philippines. This company is a joke.

My roof fell in. The assessor granted repairs.. Have paid the Excess and still the roof has NOT BEEN REPAIRED.
