I'm under the opinion that this institution only exist to take money from hardworking people. Their credit card insurance is a total waste of time, it does nothing. When i needed the help their staff were so unhelpful and patronizing that it left me feeling deflated. They try to send ten tons of useless paperwork in hoping you will just give up. Don't bother with them.

they bloody hopeless, they have charge me for five month of service never been used- loan protection insurance-, no comms at all, guys, please think fifty five times prior use this mob, unhappy

Do not use this company for your credit card insurance, they are a joke i have insurance with 3 different company's for credit cards and the other 2 have already helped me pay my debts. The staff so far have been rude and unhelpful. They also pay out a lot less for me it was 7% of the total each month, my others 20%. So please shop around before using this company as they are not worth the time or effort of setting it up, they just take your money for years and never pay up.
