Has been a pleasure dealing with Shannons, they now have my house, daily, weekender and trailers. They offer a better service than some of the big local providers here in WA. Great representation at local car shows and events throughout WA, it's nice to talk to a rep in person. They have also been a pleasure to deal with during a recent claim.

I am upset about my experience with Shannons. Extremely stressful situation to be without a car when you have small children and no one will give you any answers after two weeks. Granted they did allow me a hire car after being upset on the phone but I have to try and get to the airport to pick it up...

Not a great experience. Their ads give an impression they're all friendly and car enthusiasts. After a telephonic quote with a customer service operator that dealt with me as if i was a criminal - giving me the third degree...no interrogating me, over my driving history. Then seemingly disinterested in the rest of my car's details and mods, and pretty much the rest of our conversation. Revisiting one of my speeding fines and demanding an explanation - yet the car i'm trying to get insured will be driven less than once a week (average) and is more of a show car. Only because of the engine mods that i'm having to leave Allianz. So i explain the incident even though it was nothing more than a speeding infringement....making me feel like a criminal hoon idiot (i'm closer to 50 not 25!). Then put on hold so he can ....well I don't know because his courtesy didn't extend to a brief explanation. Horrid and worst experience....they are insuring me (at a reasonable rate and excess amount) but i'm reluctant to give them my business! SHANNONS = Shameful Horrid And Not Nice Overall Nut Sacks.

Always helpful and friendly. I have now insured home and 2 cars with them and they are great to deal with every single time
