This new megastore is amazing. The shop is huge and has so much selection. I made an online purchase that was ready to pick up really quickly. I also grabbed a few extra things in store and the click and collect location is the same place you make your in store purchases, so it makes it super easy to get everything you need instead of having the click and collect at a different location like a lot ks other stores. The person who served me was really helpful and had a bit of banter with me which is always a nice shopping experience. I'll be going back here for sure.

I was in the Maroochydore store today and required some advice on wool/yarn.  Lisa was working nearby, came over to me and was ever so helpful and friendly.  She was able to answer my questions and I left the store with more wool than I intended to purchase.  I could feel her passion and I’m one happy customer .. thank you Lisa.  Marilyn

Wide tidy massive best choice and bet prices ever.  The stuff members are immediately very helpful even the boss Neil took time to explain to me ...lots of things.   Highly recommended. If you want to find your right stuff in short time instead of doing multiple shopping everywhere.

I have never been to this spotlight and it looked new. Like most chain stores it was set out the same as other Spotlight stores so was easy to find what we were looking for. They were out of one of the items I was looking for but that didn't matter too much as I can buy it online and have it delivered. Clean & Tidy, well signed and and we enjoyed a leisurely walk around looking at everything. Friendly ladies at the register as were the team we met along the way.

Great new store, lots of choice and specials, however the point of sale area is old fashioned and super SUPER slow! No self check out, two staff members at the till and everything is moving incredibly slow. I would have much better system in 2022. Long queue with very annoyed people

I can usually get what I want from Spotlight Maroochydore.  The cattle queue to get out of the shop is irritating though. Management could put some more thought into this. Are you trying to encourage me to get my daily steps up?  Don't look down when you're going through the cattle queue, it will make you dizzy!

I am new to sewing, and I made my first visit to Spotlight Maroochydore to grab some material and a sewing machine. The inside of the shop is massive, but do not be deterred from visiting as all items are organised in their respective locations.  Staff were superstars. They were patient, friendly, and helpful. Make sure to sign up for a membership to Spotlight’s VIP club for delicious discounts. You can register at the checkout.

Staff are helpful but it is hard to find things. Some items are displayed in random spots throughout the store. Never have full range of catalogue items. Stock numbers are always incorrect so your click and collect order gets cancelled.

Mega store - Great for crafters of all kinds. Fabric and haberdashery, patterns and sewing machines. The store also has a large selection of homeware such as Manchester, Window dressing and fixtures, kitchen and home accessories. The party section is amazing check it out on your next visit. Amenities are in store. All they need now is a coffee shop
