Every visit to this magical store is pure temptation for a quilter.
I have never been into a shop and had to deal with such unfriendly rude staff. They ignore you to the best of their ability, then become annoyed when they are forced to serve you. Management needs to take a good look at who they are recruiting and give the jobs to someone who would be happy to provide better customer service.
Always a fun shopping experience. Everything and more for your home and Crafts. Always some great specials.nThe only downer is the difficulty and getting curtain material, as it isn't easy to reach a staff member for assistance.
Great merchandise, some very affordable but others definitely not. They made you go self service and the prices were not showing the discounts. Nearly got caught out badly.
Beautiful new location. Very difficult to find help . Most of workers busy and overwhelmed. Some young persons working there I think as a punishment for something. I go there only when I have to and done my research online to make sure I don't need to look for assistance.
