Entering Strathpine store looking for an item which I couldn't find asked for help, the staff member could not be bothered just pointed me to the area of the store where it should be and showed no customer skills ,then going to the front counter asked to get someone to help me ,tried to help for a second but couldn't be bothered either after asking if they check stock at other stores she passed the buck ,the one star goes to the young feller who was new ,tried his best to help.nAfter all staff attitudes are a reflection of the management
Pants weren’t available in preferred size, change room was dirty and small, the counter person kept saying we when I was buying stuff for myself. “Do we have a number, Do we want a receipt”.
Dave from the Fishing Department was an absolute legend. He went out of his way to provide amazing assistance. Thank you so much for your help. Hit Dave up, if you need any help with your fishing needs.
Anaconda is a great store for all your bush bashing needs, I have shopped here for hats, jackets, spades, knives, machetes and so on. It does have a dedicated child's clothing area wich is very useful and holds some fantastic brands.
