We went to buy my Husband a pair of sunglasses and he is hard to fit. Dylan at Anaconda North Lakes was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tonic Australian Made sunglasses with glass lenses sunglasses. They cost more than the cheaper sunnies but my Husband said they are the best sunnies he has ever worn and that’s great because he is particular. Thanks for your friendly professionalism Dylan, you definitely knew exactly what would suit my Husband. Thanks again
10/10 service, The new manager here is honestly the best I’ve seen in any retail store, I’ve been coming to this store for years and in the last few months I’ve noticed a big improvement with the fishing & camping section.nnMore new stock on the shelves & better set up to find what I need, new burkley plastics ? Fully stocked in the right order of size and colour nnI even ordered in a fishing reel I’ve wanted for years and they got it in for me then called me to come in and get it.nnThis store is what the customer service & retail stores should be like, keep up the good work fellas I’ll be coming back to this store for yearsnnI didn’t get anything for this review, I just believe in good work deserves to be talked about.
I got a pair of hiking boots from here for both my daughter and my sister and they are great quality. I also bought camping equipment for my daughter, which are also of good quality. The behavior of the shop assistants was excellent and they patiently guided us in choosing the right items.
Very poor customer service!nnMy whole family and I including kids came on Saturday 4th of May very excited to visit the store to get stuff for our camping trip. We arrived at 1655HRS as we saw on the website that the store closes at 1730HRS.nnA staff member middle aged blonde lady abruptly told us in a stern voice that they are closing in 5 minutes then continued doing here apparent tasks. We were stunned and disappointed as we left the store.
the staff are friendlynlots of optionsni bought items for campign, good discount and reasonable price.none of the product was defective, they return it without hassle
