So the staff, while friendly, aren't particularly helpful and for some reason the boots I picked out to try on had one size 9.5 and one size 8 in the box. Little weird... we had to hunt for the correct sizes and match them.
However, I am giving Anaconda four stars because the snow boots I bought (once I got the right size) were absolutely fantastic. They kept my feet nice and comfortable throughout my trip to the Shiga Highlands and while other people were slipping about on the ice I was walking comfortably. Such a fantastic product and they were only $40!
So...I guess if you're wanting something specific from Anaconda just look for your desired product online and then save on shipping costs by going to the store. Don't walk in completely blind because the staff probably won't be able to help you. But the products themselves are very good.

Awful service. Purchased a LPG cylinder and paid to get it filled. The 2 ladies at the counter attempted to call someone to fill the cylinder instead of them doing it themselves. Waited 10 minutes, no one showed. One of the ladies ended up doing it anyway. Why make me wait? Only 1 customer went through checkout during my wait. It was not busy.

Fair range including some lightweight gear and even food for hiking. Watch their pricing though. Try to plan ahead and only buy on special... That's when things are priced realistically compared to the US etc.

Bad customer service 
We went there 10 minutes earlier before closing but they didn't serve us.
Bad experience.
