Amazing store with incredible products and ideas for the home. Staff was helpful and arranged delivery and assembly. The crew that delivered and assembled everything were amazing. Right price right choice.
As far as IKEA’s go, this place was great. I went on a Monday morning, so the usual sprawling chaos that you would find on the weekend was absent. The store was well laid out, and the staff were generally helpful and attentive. To keep your sanity and significant relationships in tact, I highly recommend avoiding this place on the weekend.
I love Ikea! Always have a great trip and love click and collecting. My gnome enjoyed the trip too
The Kitchen staff were efficient and nice, but the register staff were depressingly sullen and unfriendly. The pork ribs looked a little under cooked, however they were tasty. I'm thinking mashed potatoes would be nicer than chips.
Always a fun experience. The displays are intricate, and the products are clever and useful. You wouldn't know which Ikea you were in once inside though as the standard across each store is almost identical.
Love this shop has so much stuff we bought wardrobes so happy with what we bought lovely and strong and very easy to put together
Great Staff, very helpful and great customer service. The food at the restaurant is amazing & such a great price. The staff in the wardrobe section are so helpful & go above and beyond to help customers. We have had 3 WIRs & 2 TV Cabinets desgined + installed by IKEA NORTHLAKES. Each time we have had nothing but amazing experiences. The quality of the products for the price range is incredible. 10/10 recommend.
I was having trouble with the self checkout on the weekend and Arosha came over and was so lovely and helped me scan all of my items. I hope she’s working there next time I go in so good to see a friendly face, totally made my day
Products = 3 stars but Customer service = 0 stars. Click and collect service = 0 stars. Ability to resolve an issue = 0 stars and still waiting for a follow up call from senior team member. A really disappointing experience.
No issue with staff at all, very helpful. Not a great palce to go if you have AUTISM. There are too many lights, too many different sounds playing at once, no direct line of entry to exit. You get lost easily because everything is everywhere. The system to find items is weird. They sold what we were after, but honestly, it's not worth the hassel to go in there again if I can go somewhere else instead. Started feeling dizzy from all of the mental stimulation and confusion. Design for the housing section was presented, though. Would have been better if all similar items were in one place.
