Placed my click and collect order about 11pm on a Friday night for allocated collection between 11am and 1pm. Got an email at 8n30am, it was ready to collect. Being the on time person I am not, I got there at 2 pm, and the team member was amazing and not a bit angry. I took my sweet time getting there.
Very big ikea situated in Westfield north lakes, very convenient.nThis ikea is in two floors staring at the top floor. Lifts are available.nnBig cafe and friendly staffs , the lady at register was very friendly and cooperative.
Fantastic service from Carla who helped us plan and order all the necessary bits and pieces for our new kitchen. She was absolutely fantastic! She listened to our ideas and offered her expertise to help us come up with the right products that were within our budget. We found the planning to be such an easy process with Carla's help. We couldn't recommend her highly enough!
