Costco is always worth the trip. There's a huge range of products at great prices, the staff are friendly, and everything is well organised. I also appreciate the clean amenities, especially after a long drive. It's always a productive and enjoyable! shopping trip.
This is my favorite Costco in the Brisbane area. Always clean, the lights are bright enough and the sales crew are genuinely nice. Easy in snd out of the parking lot.
This happens in Costco North Lakes tonight, 11 June 2026. We went to shop tonight. After coming out I just feel the need to pee so right away I told the lady at the exit that I need to pee. Then she told me to go at the entrance but then it's only my husband that has his physical card. So, the ladies at the entrance told me to get a temporary card for me to get to the toilet but then the lady at the exit is not letting me in so how can I get the temporary card. They refused me to get to the toilet even if my husband who has the physical card is with me and just shopped. Instead they just annoyingly laugh. So we just left. There's no point of arguing those ladies at the entrance and exit.nnYou can verify this with me husband's membership card number that we were in your store. Just very disappointed that we were refused to used the toilet- I'm pregnant and we have two kids. And those ladies were just laughing and brushing us off. They should have just politely refused and didn't show their annoying laughing face. I can't even sleep well tonight because of this. I'm really annoyed with them. Like we just past the exit and my husband just decided to proceed to the car right away to put all our purchased in so that we can return the cart.nnVery bad customer service. Your toilet requires me to get a temporary card. And I can't understand about the ladies at the entrance or they're just a bully. I don't recommend this store.
Well over 100 sticks of butter in the wrong spot aparently with even more beside it Marked at $17, scanned at $22. Didn't see the price until I got home, called and the indian sounding lady wasn't at all helpful.nThere was even a Costco staff member in the isle when I took this photo.nOh and don't bother buying fresh meat, it all expires in like 2 to 3 days yet you pay top price for it. Oh but you cna freeze it... Mf who freezes expensive steak in Australia..???nHave had a gut full of costco. Out of stock of Costco block cheese and Costco salted butter.nThe eggs and butter were my only reason to shop there. Otherwise Aldi/Coles/ww are consitently cheaper. Plus their beef doesn't expire a day or 2 after you buy it and you don't get your bags rummaged through after you scan to enter the place.
