Great place excellent value. You can't go wrong. Worth signing up for the petrol alone. The cheapest, best tasting ready cooked Pizza's and Chickens in Australia without a doubt.

So many great products to choose from! Saved loads of $$$ on sanitary items, drinks, sauces and cheese! Great selection of gluten free products at such a great price considering they can be super expensive at regular shops. Most of the staff were welcoming and friendly too. I live 50 minutes away but it's definitely worth it!!

The stock is amazing and they always have lots of good new products but the staff are so rude here. The woman who rung me up was snippy, impatient and disrespectful to me and my dad. I don’t want to return now. Even the person hiring these people needs to be reconsidered for the role.

Expiry dates are too close to use on a fair amount of fresh produce. Sadly they have a ' don't care' attitude and are backed up by policy and management. I am a loyal customer but the attitude is making me rethink my spending

Stores fine in itself however person who takes complaints is absolutely disrespectful of customers.. a total let down to Costco northlakes when a serious complaint is handled extremely poorly, with no compassion for the customer/s at all what so ever. To allow employees to disrespect customers and humiliate them- is a big NO.
