Worst shopping experience in a long time. Researched the shorts I wanted to purchase on the Kawana website which showed my size ladies 14 as available. The ladies shorts were mixed up with mens shorts and scattered amongst jackets etc, also the size on the shorts and the size on the hanger was different a number of times it was impossible to find what I was looking for. I was in the point of walking out when I managed to find a staff member, who was helpful and found a pair in the store room. I was going to look for other items but it was too hard to find anything so I went elsewhere. Will not be back.
Took a broken rod combo.back for a refund , it's taken 2.5 month 3 phone calls and each time I've been told they will get back to me and not once have they got back to me.nSo I still have to chase it up again.nPoor service for a big company
Overall terrible experience from the rude staff to the store not honouring warranty.nI purchased a GME radio. XRS-660nWhen purchasing a staff member held onto it as I was awkwardly escorted to the front counter.nThe 12v charger stopped working within a week. I was told that the store won’t replace the charger or the unit with the receipt box and all items included. staff told me they need to contact GME it’s out of their hands they need to make a claim on my behalf to replace the the whole unit.nnafter 3 weeks of my radio sitting at anaconda with no communication I returned to the store in person and asked how it was going I was told we haven’t received any emails from GME they will try again and should have it resolved in the next few weeks I asked for my radio back with the broken charger and haven’t returned since.
Excellent serve from young salesman Jake at Anaconda Birtinya who went above and beyond to help me decide on 2 feather jackets. He knew his products and it was thanks to his great service that we purchased 2 feather jackets, which are perfect. Thank you Jake !
went in to buy a mattress this afternoon ticket price was not honored and tried to match prices with another camping store instead off honoring the ticket price when i pointed out how expensive there normal price was. seems there was more than one ticket wrong in this section. very ordinary.
