Anaconda Kawana Waters

Just got sent away at 5.35 pm for refilling 2 gas bottles. They told me it's too late to fill them up. The store closes at 6 and staff was not having it to do their job. Been spending thousands of dollars to this place and getting this service. I fill here 2 bottles each week and it takes around 15 minutes to do. Insanity

Went there to browse, so much to look at. They seem to have everything you can think of. Lots of fun looking around. Will definitely be back to buy.

Torrin was the sale assistant that served me today. This was my first time in this store we were looking at some bikes but weren’t 100% sure what we were looking for. Torrin kindly came up and asked us if we need any help. He was so nice and patient with us. as we asked him loads of questions. He helped us make our decision so much easier by listing to what we wanted to do with the bikes and he helped us make the right decision. His costumer service was amazing and its definitely 5 stars from me, and we will definitely be back again.

Jenna in Clothing went above and beyond to help me find everything i needed for a trip to cold climate. I had nothing and no time to order in. Best service, thank you.

Went to the Kawana Waters store on Saturday the 10th April to purchase several body boards that were on special for club members. As we walked in the front door there was a large display of them next to the entry gate obviously to attract customers. To our excitement they were ticketed for $9.99, now we knew they started at $14.99 on special and we have the ability to read that the ticket is for headlamps so we thought maybe the ticket had been spun around and was on the other side .... nope that was $9.99 for something different again. At this point a middle aged blonde lady barked at us to move away from the entry gate. So we progressed through the store and realised this wasn't a one off, lots of incorrect ticketing followed up with a lot of stock without any ticketing.

Good place to go if you want camping gear clothing footwear cooking equipment tents they have everything

Poor customer service, was looking for a particular led lenser head torch , was told 2 in stock in another store, get to other store and nothing in stock, waisted time and fuel. This is not the first time this has happened to me at Anoconda stores. It will be the last, they have all the tech in the world and can't even manage simple stock availability, no third chances from me.

Walked around for 15 minutes… no one in site, walked to the front of the shop, no one interested in helping me, yelled out in the staff room.. at the back of the shop a lady came out and closed the door in my face… brought some fishing racks at 10% off. Only to get home to realise they didn’t have the bolts required to fit them. Will never shop here again!!! Rubbish service. .05 out of 10.

Torrin was our sales assistant and as first time campers we had no knowledge of what we needed or what to buy. Torrin patiently answered all of our questions, showed us multiple items, compared prices and drew from personal experiences to help us decide what we were buying and why. He was polite, professional, knew the products he was selling and with this knowledge was able to provide us with the confidence we needed to part with out money which we happily did, haha. Aside from the great service, we acquired a full set up with a saving of over $800 as I was previously signed up as a member. Between the great service and awesome savings, I'm happy to give my experience a 5 star rating.

Pretty disappointed. After seeing a big sign offering a free fishing rod with $50 purchase I bought $70 worth. After paying for the items I was told that there were only a few rods available and they had all gone. So why leave the sign up?
