Went to Anaconda to buy some last minute snow clothes for a snowboarding trip I had had planned for ages. I had no idea what I was doing or buying so I was in real need of some good customer service - and boy did I get it! Every single employee I interacted with was going above and beyond, and not just for me, I could see them treating all customers in this manner. I had the pleasure of being served by Milie who, despite being very busy, took the time to really understand what I needed, educate me along the way, and sort me out with all the gear. Couldn't be happier. She is an absolute star and a real asset to the company. She clearly knew what she was talking about. Anyone needing snow gear in hurry should definitely head to Anaconda Kawana, but be prepared to write a glowing review once you have, as I am sure they will nail it!!
I went in looking for a fleece jacket and wasn't sure which product to go for.nMillie helped me pick the best one for my budget and was friendly and very knowledgeable. I picked up a couple of extra items on the way out and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable.n5 star service from Millie !
Visited this store to purchase a CAPE black “down” jacket for the cooler months.nTaniya @Anaconda looked after me so amazingly! All smiles, fabulous manner, helpful, knowledgeable and she obviously loved doing her job. Well done Taniya and thank you very much, you found me just what I wanted and there was only 1 left. 5’s to you - don’t change.
Jackson went over and above when I rang to change a shoe size for a present on Christmas Eve. Even though it was busy, he was so helpful and patient - he even put away two shades of pink for us as he mustn’t have realised which one we were picking up and wanted to make sure we got what we needed. Great service!nTara
