Visit Jess and the friendly team at Bicycle Centre Caloundra for all your Cycling needs. Our experienced staff include Annie and Jess Hoskin, Jackson Martin, Matt McCurdy and Brice Adamson. Whether you want a full service, wheel build or just solid advice, we know bikes.

We stock a fantastic range of international leading bike brands such as BMC, Lapierre, MERIDA, Norco, Rocky Mountain, Smart Motion Electric, Benno, Electra, Academy BMX, Colony BMX, DK BMX and First Bikes. We also stock a wide range of bicycle parts and accessories including Castelli clothing, Garmin, Salming shoes and apparel, Wahoo and Yakima.

Came away for a long weekend with the bikes , helmets and anticipation of some adventurous shoreline rides. Nothing dampens the spirit like the incessant brake rubbing and grabbing the front wheel. Googled, bike shop near me and open on a Sunday. Turned up to get some tools and instead the offer of a quick look by Shane fixed the problem with a turn of a small screw. Experienced technicians are priceless. Ceasing the opportunity my wife got Shane to fit a pump skilfully under the drink holder. Shane also hooked me up with a small set of tools just as we plan many more rides while we are here. Ps. Annie gave us the low down on the bike tracks heading north. There is a trick to find the path after the bridge. Nothing beats local knowledge
Super friendly and helpful. Great customer service
Dropped bike in for Bottom bracket replacement. Was notified of completion a couple hours later and when I picked up bike it was cleaner then when I dropped it off. They re greased and lubed chain without being asked. Super stoked on the mechanics work and highly recommend.
We have been there twice so friendly and helpful highly recommended.
Complete rip off … got a price to put more liquid in our tubeless tyres $45 per tyre which was over what they quoted. Went back and complained and the girl I said that she charged $25 for labour per tyre for labour. 99 bikes charge $15 per tyre, giant Mooloolaba $charge $25 per tyre etc. phoned them back to tell them how far from reality they were and they said that they had phoned and got prices closer to theirs. Not true!!! The young girl in the service shop seems to like getting as much as she can for nothing. No more shopping local for bike gear for me. They need a lesson in keeping loyal customers not a one time money grab.
They are nice people to deal with..there is a young girl Jess there that given a chance would upsell u from a punctured tyre to an electric bike, although since she has become part of the repair team, appears to have lost the Do u want fries with that? Good place they regularly service & repair my bike. Like going there, even though it always costs me money.
Outstanding service. The team were great and Jess went above and beyond traveling out of her way to get the bike to us Thank you. I could not recommend them more highly. See you on the trails. GB
Outstanding service! I've been in a few times and everytime I am so pleased with the service. I have only made small purchases here and also had a question about my breaks which was no trouble for them to help me with, but you are treated the same no matter how much you are spending. Awesome business 10/10
Best service Best deals!! I drove 400km to their store after great customer service from Jackson over the phone to pick up a particular bike. Superstar Jess sorted me out once i got there with her experience in the sport and advice and selling me my dream bike . Big thanks to the team if you want honest service and advice give these guys a go for sure Rgds Johnny Walker
