I was in store yesterday wanting to buy an Electric Bike. Rachel helped me, she was really friendly, exceptionally dedicated to her job and most helpful.  She went out of her way to find different bikes for me to sit on and allowed me to trial 2 bikes.  She was knowledgeable and supportive to help find the right size for me.  In fact probably the best service I have received in any retail shop in a long time.  Would highly recommend both chatting with Rachel and 99 Bikes at Kawana.

I went into 99 bikes today and was greeted by the lovely Rachel. My gosh it has been a while since I have received such amazing customer service. Nothing was a hassle and she went above and beyond for myself and my son. Not only did we purchase a new bike for my son but drink holders, pouches, helmets and a stand which she fitted to my bike that I also purchased from this store months prior. All was fitted and my tyres pumped up and drink bottles filled.  Rachel then took my son outside to go through the gears and other things. She truly was outstanding I can't thank her enough. And to be thanked for being lovely customers too. Thanks heaps Rachel 99 bikes are super lucky to have you. Thanks from Georgie & Harry!!

We are new owners of e-bikes, purchased from 99 Bikes Kawana and I need to tell how much we appreciated the help from Christopher to choose the right bike for us.  He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the bikes, friendly and helpful.  My next 'Shout out' is for Rachael.  She is so friendly and helpful and also compassionate, as I had a few mishaps. She made good recommendations and gave 'one on one' assistance to me in order to overcome my mental block for riding. Such a big help to regain my confidence.  All in all, I can totally recommend this store and their staff to any biking newbie or a biking enthusiast. Keep it up team.

Shout out to that beautiful soul Rachel for giving me a hand at 99 bikes kawana. I bought a tube for my tire the other that she was able to fit for me was expecting to fluff around at home and do it myself. Not only was she polite and helpful she went above and beyond with making sure I had the best experience at your store. Great customer service skills and such a energetic individual. Will definitely be coming back again

Picked up the gorgeous white uptown today, Rachel has been amazing, first fitting up my mum on the right sized bike, Rachel made quick phone calls for updates, from the bike arriving, the bike been built etc etc, hit the deadline date for pickup that she promised us.  Ran through every inch of the bike with mum on pickup, fitted her up with a helmet, Rachel was more than happy to select lots of different helmets, made sure the fit was perfect and then helped us decide which one looked most stylish and matched in with mum’s bike. Blown away with how invested Rachel was to make sure everything was perfect for mum. See you when it’s first service time Rachel, Thankyou so much.

The service was on point! I'm training for my first triathlon and Rachel knew exactly what I needed to be performant and safe at the same time. She was very knowledgeable, had a great attitude and super friendly. They had all the stock that I needed so that was great as well !

Thank you so much for taking the time to fix my daughters first bike. Very much appreciated. Lovely service and put a huge smile on our daughters face to be able to ride her beloved bike again. Will be back :

Highly recommend this business. My wife and l came in on a Sunday to look for a new bike for my wife. We meet and received excellent professional service from Rachel. She was very friendly, knowlegeable, experienced and helpful answered all our questions, budget gave great options and advice. A passionate valuable staff member to this business. Very happy with our new bike's as l also have a new bike YEAH!!. We are looking forward to exploring many of coastal bikeway's, scenery, beaches PEDAL POWERED.
