Trent's knowledge was vital to my choosing which bike would fit my requirements/needs. One of the better sales persons in any industry, showed keenness to help.nLarge range of bikes, plain pedal type and Electric together with an equally large range of accessories.nPrices were reasonable.nInteresting that part of the workshop was within sight, so you could watch the mechanics do the work on the bikes.nOverall the staff were quite attentive. A happy group.nCould have spent more time in there but one has to leave sometime!!
Only one person in this store has ever not talked down to me, or made me feel like an idiot.nI bought a brand new bike, dropped it in for it's first service and was told it would be ready by close of business and they'd message me when it was ready. I dropped in at 12:30 the following day, the first service guy couldn't find my bike or me in the system, and eventually someone else came out and said they'd been busy and the bike would be done that day. Sorry but if I've booked a service I should take priority over people walking in? And if you can't provide a service within the time frame, let me know? Not even an apology from anyone about the delay!nAnd then I was directed to a sales team member to help with another issue I was having with the bike. I explained the problem, showed what was happening, and the guy still grabbed the part I needed and proceeded to talk to my partner about it like I wasn't even there? My partner doesn't ride, the sales guy knew it was *my* bike and I had done all the explaining and talking, so I assume that because I'm female he thought he'd talk to my partner about it. Classic.nYou get three stars because the prices are decent and one sales guy was decent.nYour communication about delays sucks, and your sales staff should be talking to the person with the bike, not the person standing behind them looking lost not saying a word.
Didn’t expect to get the bike the same day as the purchase. They originally told me it would be a day or two since I purchased Sunday morning. It was put together and I was called to pick it up an hour or so later. Couldn’t be happier Great deal as well. Epic
