I’ve been buying bike through Bob & Barb since 1993. I continue to do so after all these years because he has always looked after me. I won’t take my bike anywhere else and I live in Sydney!

Sent an email about a MTB repair quote movers insurance issue. Quick polite response letting me know unfortunately they couldn't help with my model, but directed me to bike shop that could. Very helpful.

Bob is a fantastic guy and one of the best cycle mechanics around. The shop is in an awesome easy access location and reminiscent of an Italian town house. Note though his focus is on sport bikes.

Went in this morning with a chain problem the owner couldn't be more helpful he took a link out and explained how to repair it thanks very much im back on the road with my grandson

Not interested in business. Turned us away mumbling something about only looking after regular clients. Dont make the journey to this business. Not worth it.
