Big thank you to our sales rep Levi who was super helpful finding the right bike for my wife. Huge range of new and preloved bikes. Worth a visit for sure. Thank you to the friendliest and most relaxed manager Scott,  who takes an interest in each and every customer. Great staff, great atmosphere, great bikes and great prices. .

Recently purchased a 2016 HD 72 and I was initially very happy with how the bike looks. However, upon starting the bike, it did have some intermittent idle issues whereby it would suddenly dip sub 900 rpm from its high rpm cold start. I ignored it thinking that is just the way these bikes are.nAfter taking the bike for a blue slip to get it on the road, the Harley Heaven boys mentioned that this bike has some clutch alignment issues and probably needs a service. I agreed and they showed me that this bike has pretty high moisture content indicating that it probably hasn't had routine services despite having low mileage. Brake fluid being hygroscopic is a good indicator of whether the bike has been regularly serviced, as moisture slowly accumulates unless there is a leak creating air exposure and this can be exacerbated by subtropical climates.nAs per writing this review, the bike turned out to run quite rough on idle and reflects this performance wise when riding it hard. I assume that the bike has just been left in storage and somehow passed the dealer's mechanical check test.nNonetheless, I believe this bike is great for its age and just needs a little more care than what the dealers gave it.

Sunshine Coast Harley are Legends! With less than a days notice, I was able to get a good trade on my 22 Ultra and pick up a 24 Breakout in the colour I wanted, with accessories added at a cracker price. Great service and really helpful. Big shout out to Monique, Alyssa, Scott and Levi. I've run large sales teams and workshops, and these guys do it right.

You kindness and follow through in customer service is outstanding.
