Cannot recommend Sunshine Coast MB highly enough.  The entire staff are so professional and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble.  We will definitely be returning customers.  Special shout out to Loraine who went above and beyond in customer service.

Richie is the best! Professional and genuinely a nice guy. He goes above and beyond. I love my SLK. I'll be back when it's time to trade up. I've been back to the dealership just for a sticky beak and other salesmen have been great too. I have read some of the other comments (the not so nice ones too) and have come to the conclusion that you can't please everyone all the time and some people you will never please no matter how hard you try. Keep up the good work guys at least these whinges are still buying a Mercedes and that's good right!

Dean was an exceptional sales person, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, we sadly didn't end up purchasing a vehicle through Dean as he we ended up purchasing a new Toyota over the used one he had in stock however the only reason was due to the colour not being suitable otherwise we would have loved to purchase the vehicle as it was beautifully presented and priced to meet the market which was a nice change to the overpriced unrealistic expectations dealers generally have. If you're after a used Mercedes or prestige vehicle please do yourself a favour and speak to Dean!

Although Richie was great to deal with when we purchased my E250 last year the rest of the team is a serious disappointment.  From trying to get their details to pay them, not receiving paperwork as promised and the service department not following up my warranty issues - sorry we lost the paperwork! My car didn't even come up in their system. I never take my car there for servicing. I go to Coastline BMW who will either pick up my car up from Mount Coolum and leave me a loan car. If I take it to them they can provide a loan car immediately, I don't have to wait 2 weeks. I have also requested to test drive 2 new cars, once to be told that I'm going on holidays you can ring me when I get back to absolutely no response. I will never buy a car from this dealership again.

I purchased a E220D through Richie and have a marvelous experience with the whole team. 
Richie has made several calls after my purchase to ensure I am happy and if he can help with anything. 
Tracey was also excellent while Richie was on holiday. 
I certainly will purchase through this company again.
