This would have to be the best experience I have ever had with any car company!  Mazda were the best team ever. All my issues were resolved quickly and all the staff went beyond all expectations to help me in every way. I just cannot praise them enough. I am extremely happy with the outcome and more importantly the professional team at Mazda are focused and very aware of the customers needs and expectations. The facilities and comfort while one waits, felt first class.

Customer for 5+ years

Bought my new Mazda 3 back in 2012 and continue to get it serviced at the same dealership because they have always kept somewhat a consistent level of professionalism, qaulity and great customer service. I've experienced little mistakes and minor problematic dealings with the dealership which has always been resulting it being rectified shortly after feedback is given. 

Sales Team: I haven't been a purchaser of a new vehicle from this place in a while but have noticed the few times when I come in with family or friends that it's been a little lacking something from staff. Perhaps they started focusing on getting more sales over customer satisfaction, because I was handled by a salesman that made every aspect of the sale incredible which ended in 3 additional sales for him.

Service Team: A team that knows my name too well and still make the effort to making me feel valued as a long term customer. Most of the staff I've dealt with one way or another and always have been friendly and do what they can to assist. 

My suggestions to improve the dealership is to include a simple internal clean of mats and wipe down the dash.

Overall experience is high and would recommend them to anyone.

Best place to service your mazda! 
They took a little long to resolve issues with my 2007 mazda 6 but they gave me a free 2017 loan car while mine was being fixed!!
Very professional and free food and drinks while you wait for service!
