Not a great experience by any means. Booked in a week prior, explaining an issue with my car. Confirmed the issue I wanted them to look at on arrival. Picked up the car. Paid too much in my opinion to receive a note saying we agree, there is an issue. It's not fixed. We couldn't have known what the issue was and so we recommend you find the part yourself. I asked for clear written confirmation of what the exact part was I needed to look for, and explained I had phoned to discuss the issue prior to booking in, being assured it could certainly be assessed and fixed. So now I cannot drive my car at night. I need to get another mechanic to assist to find the part and help me out, as the team at Mazda Maroochydore were really not interested in helping out.nnI have since called another mechanic who is more than happy to assist, and is also disgusted by the lack of assistance offered by Mazda.nnI went there on a recommendation, and I shall not be going back. Really not impressed with the interaction at all. Terrible customer service for those not buying a new car. And to be clear, I did have a calm conversation at the counter. For several minutes, however the person 'assisting' was really not interested in helping, in finding out more, or in anything but the payment.
In the market for a new CX-60, I had been in contact with another Mazda dealership, whom I wasn't impressed with.nAlthough Sunshine Coast Mazda wasn't my local dealership, I thought I'd take the chance of contacting another, in hope for a better experience.nnI was incredibly lucky to have had Keira answer my call, turns out she was the absolute blessing I needed for the purchase of my new vehicle!nKeira was responsive to all my phone calls, text messages and endless questions! Nothing was too much of an ask! She worked incredibly hard to secure the perfect deal for what I was after! From start to finish, Keira made the entire process transparent and seamless!nnUpon pick up of my new CX-60 Keira was incredibly knowledgeable about all the new features, there wasn't a question she couldn't answer!nnKathy, Sean and Chelsea all did an incredibly job!nTheir service was second to none, they were all extremely knowledgeable in the field. Their communication each step of the way made the process a breeze.nnChelsea's warm and welcoming smile and customer service was exceptional!nnI can't recommend Sunshine Coast Mazda enough, although it's not close by, it's worth the drive!nnThanks Keira, you gem!nnI'll definitely be backnx
More thank 5 stars!!!! Anna was simply amazing. She showed me the car I was interested in, a MX30, ran me through all the bits and pieces and a test drive. She even came into work on her day off to meet with me. Her calm and efficient manner was a reflection of the whole team at Mazda Sunshine Coast including meeting Sean, finance and Jacquie from Service. I have a Guide Dog in training and she was welcomed by the team.nLove my new car!! Thanks Anna and Sunshine Mazda for a fantastic experience.
Just popped in …nSo went with a friend to pick her car up from service meanwhile I’m left in the lot looking around at the second hand cars, honestly they have some really good cars and their prices are pretty decent.nI’d definitely recommend getting a car with these guys as opposed to going to Noosa.nI didn’t drive out with a car but it was nice to look and be taken seriously, so when my son is in the market for another Mazda we will be returning to this place.
