Unlike some of the other stores in the area I went to, the team at TeamMoto Kawasaki Maroochydore went above and beyond to help me pick my first bike and made the entire experience fun and enjoyable as it should be. Special shout out to Jenelle for all the great help and expert advice she provided to help me choose all my gear and thanks to Dean for helping me choose the bike and arrange delivery.

A massive thanks to Mick and the team for the easiest purchase I've ever made.  After looking for a quality Street Triple for a while in regional NSW I turned to dealerships and I'm glad I did!  After Mick gave me a buzz and we chatted about the bike it was on to the paperwork which took less than an hour from beginning to end always helps to have supporting documents ready ;.  With that out of the way it came down to arranging delivery interstate, in the week between Christmas and New Years so you'd think that would be a nightmare but apparently not. The guys at Road Hog Transport had the bike collected in no time and it was delivered before lunch the same day it left Queensland.  The bike itself was sight unseen and without papers as is usual with an interstate purchase, but a quick trip to the local mechanic and she passed safety check without a hitch, as they assured me it would.  Just to really show these folks know their customer service I had to give them a call for some extra paperwork while I was at Service NSW and they had it back to me in no time at all.  Can't imagine ever parting with this bike but if I do, her replacement will be bought through Mick and the team.  Top work folks! Thanks again

I enquired about a road bike listing that had just been shared online but the bike hadn't arrived into the dealership yet so no photos had been taken. I spoke with Mick Michael Goodenough who proceeded to get photos within minuets and send through to my mobile. I agreed to purchase the bike on the same afternoon and Mick had all my questions answered and paperwork covered including road transport to regional North QLD sorted over the weekend. I am extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend TeamMoto!

Pretty good service, even if the tyre change took 2.5 hours. This service was fine except that the tyre service invoice that is wrong apparently is not able to be changed, amended or reissued.  Wrong VIN, Wrong engine no, added an extra 100,000km to actual odometer reading, wrong build date. You did get the rego right, though.  Not nice having on record complete misinformation on my Kawasaki GTR 1400.  Thanks Team Moto Kawasaki Maroochydore service team.

Excellent service! Very happy with my purchase 2014 ZX6R. Mick and the team really looked after me throughout the entire process as I was buying the bike sight unseen and travelled from Toowoomba to buy. Highly recommended.

Janelle in parts was great. I went in for a problem with my helmet visor which I bought from them. Janelle spent an hour between other customers trying to find my purchase in their system to enable me to make a claim. Luckily my wife found a reciept as well. Janelle absolutely went above and beyond. Super friendly and super helpful. A+ service

I went to view a bike and decided to purchase and the team at Team Moto had the bike ready by 11am the next day. Discovered an issue with the bike and returned to Team Moto. Without hesitation the Sales Manager, Mick, offered to rectify the issue at no cost, on the same day and gave me a loan bike in the meantime. Buying a bike with a fault is never ideal but a 10 year old bike is likely to have something. The speed at which this issue was sorted and without any debating or bargaining, together with the initial sales experience has Team Moto Kawasaki on Maroochydore Road fully deserving of a 5 star review. Thank you.

I brought my Iron 883 Mick was easy to deal with and  freighted my bike to Mildura I was kept up to date very happy with there service and highly recommend them 10/10
