Called into Sunstate to look at their range of scooters. Michael come over to assist and was very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. He knew the price of every different model and we decided on purchasing a Kymco agility 16+ which we rode away on the very next day. Thank you Michael and the team at Sunstate.

I saw the bike through bike sales, left an EOI and at the very next day Michael call me, really friendly and helpful I even make an offer and they accept, I make a deposit and they wait for a week until I got the time to go and pickup,  everything went smooth even gave me discount in accessories. Definitely I’ll keep buying my bikes here well done Michael

Every time I see these guys for a service or something done to my motorcycle it comes back with more problems than it started with. They cannot even fill the oil to the level. My motorcycle is only four years old and it is garaged always and washed weekly. The problems only happen after a visit to their service centre. I will never be going back to them because I am not happy with never seeing my pride and joy being cared for the way I want it to be. I would prefer to travel two hours to a place that I know can actually get the job done right without over charging me.

Went in today and was looking for some new gloves and a jacket for my bike. Spoke to a super lovely and helpful lady, Lauren. I knew what i wanted but was quite indecisive about it and Lauren with it being only her second week of working there completely understood my needs and was able to help me find exactly what i was looking for and found an amazing price for everything. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and my time there was super enjoyable and friendly, thanks to Lauren. We talked about some of our riding experiences which definitely made me feel more confident with my choice of gear too.  Definitely going back 100%  Thanks to you Lauren :

Michael sold me my first bike - the Suzuki SV650. He was very patient, knowledgeable and non judgemental.  Highly recommend. Great service.

I would not go past. Sun state for my repairs and maintenance on my scooter I have been in to ask a question about things that aren’t working and they look at the problem and fix it on the spot.  30 minutes later fixed and no charge.  That doesn’t happen.   Behind the desk.  CALEB Is more than helpful. Michael took the initiative to reach out to me about a Panigale V2 that I had been chasing for months now. He immediately understood my needs and concerns with my budget and time to arrange to have the bike delivered and ultimately was one step ahead of the sale the whole time. I appreciate the effort he made to sort me out before and after I said I’d purchase the bike - super happy customer

Had a coolant leak issue with my C109. Told total rubbish about the issue. Even presented falsely removed parts. Told bike ok to ride with no thermostat. Charged me for labour over $300.00. Rode bike home and coolant spewing everywhere. Would never use this workshop again. Took bike elsewhere and now fixed. Said I was lucky not to cook the engine. Your quality of service has dropped over the years. Won’t recommend you.

Bought a 300cc scooter from these guys. Wow what a joke. Brand new scooter that came with paint scratches. They get you to sign the paperwork before handover so you agree there is nothing wrong with the bike/scooter before you see it. DO NOT DO THIS. Take the paperwork out to your purchase, go over it with the salesperson and then sign the paperwork. I was lucky I saw it and pointed it out to the salesperson. There is NO after sales support, calls don’t get returned and meanwhile your problem still exists. Two month wait to get the 1000km 1st service done.
