I purchased a T-Cross through Cricks last week and I cannot speak highly enough of the team. From the moment I contacted them about a new car they were an absolute pleasure to deal with, they worked quickly to get me in a car ASAP before I headed off overseas. A big thanks to Jason McIlvride for being the greatest salesman of all time and ensuring a seamless experience for me!
Usually do all the work on my car myself but had to take my car to vw for a recall. They said it would take 3 hours but called me later that day saying they didn't have the part. Wasn't really happy at this point as I needed my car for work, but the next day when I picked it up, they'd gone out of their way to clean the interior and exterior. Appreciate the customer service here.
Had a warranty issue with my transporter campervan. I thought I would need to leave the vehicle as they fitted it in on short notice. Ray & the whole team couldn't have been more helpful and had it addressed on the same day & got me on my way 10 out of 10 for service.
Absolutely disgusted. If there was Lower than 1 star I would give them that. Went into the store to get a quote on a trade in with my fiancé today, details taken down by a nice guy, and told it will be 10min. We start looking around, 2 min later someone completely different, which I found out after is the SALES MANAGER he should never have gotten that job with behaviour like that, childish, unprofessional and a damage to the brand rushed out, shoved the keys in my fiancés hand and walked away without any explanation… he went back inside to find out what the story was, and due to a previous issue he has had with a vehicle sold to him with manufactures fault years ago that he questioned, they refuse to help me.. with my Enquiry, which has nothing to do with my fiancé or the car. The car is completely in my name and has no attachment to him at all. A complete stranger to their company and wanting to potentially sell and buy from them, they have lost me forever and I will be passing this incredibly unprofessional and rude behaviour on to anyone I meet. I am disgusted that anyone thinks they have the right to treat someone like that. Absolutely horrible treatment. I am embarrassed for them and their immaturity towards someone who doesn’t have anything to do with the previous issue. Shows me everything I need to know about the team and company. Im absolutely disgusted.
Do not ever buy a used car from here. Car was handed over without even being cleaned/detailed, somehow 3 days after being handed over with a roadworthy the car engine was covered in so much oil that they had to do a clean out before being able to find it, 3 oils leaks found and had to go back 2 more times for repairs. Will not touch this dealership again.

Bought 3 card here over the years. Had some financial trouble recently and Deano really got me out of trouble trading my car in and getting a little run about. Highly rated.
Just purchased my second used car from Cricks Volkswagen. I cannot recommend Russ, Antony or Jarrod highly enough. Not only were they knowledgeable about the product but they made you feel part of the team. I would also recommend the product, both vehicles that I have purchased were in Fantastic condition and love that fact that Cricks supply a 2 year warranty with the option of upgrading it to a premium product which instills confidence in the vehicle. Well Done Cricks , I will definitely come back and be recommending you to my friends and family.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced buying a new car. Ordered a a new Ute in September 2021 was told Jan Feb 22 for delivery. Understanding that there are delays with manufacture ok. Jan / Feb comes around no contact from the sales agent, I end up calling asking what’s going on they can’t give me an answer straight away takes 2 or 3 days even after I had called and emailed them, now it’s another delay, March/April is the new date frustrated I have no choice but to accept . 29 March I contacted VW sales person was not available I left a message for them to call back, never did. I then got a hold of the sales person, asked if he received my message the answer was no, then asked what’s the status for delivery he wasn’t sure I then said ok I want to cancel the order and want my deposit back. He said let me check where the Ute is at and asked if he could call back in 5 min I agreed. He called back in 20min and said that it was built and now waiting to be shipped and the new delivery date would be May/June …lol just cancel the order and return my deposit. He agreed and said to send an email to confirm, I did straight away and guess what nothing but crickets. I’ll have to waist more of my time and visit the dealership as these guys are too busy selling and not delivering. Think I’ll just stick with Toyota
Our family have bought 2 Volkswagen vehicles from this dealer. Took a car in to be diagnosed with a problem and could not send me away quick enough, not only did they not fix the problem, they sent me away $165 poorer. Do NOT buy a car from this dealer and definitely do NOT get your car serviced here. Even with extended warranty that we paid for with the dealer when we bought the car still valid they won’t honour because we have not serviced the car there. Just really disappointing.
