I got my two lowrider bicycles repaired at this store and Neil and his wife were awesome ! (I assumed its Neils partner but maybe I'm wrong I should remember her name, apologies) Either way -- both were brilliant. I was charged a fraction of what I was expecting. My two old lowrider bicycles are running perfectly. Will be a regular / loyal customer. Great local business on all fronts. I use to often use bike shops in Brisbane city, New Farm / Valley but my experience here was a 100 times better than all those stores. 5 stars easy!

Had a similar experience to Aaron. Was overcharged from quote and instead of discussing it and resolving the issue politely, the owner was accusatory saying my recollection was wrong and his right. Made a song and dance in front of other customers. Was doumfounded. Never been treated so rudely in my life. Unbelievable. His motto - "the customer is always wrong". 👎

I have bought my bikes from Neil since I was a kid & the shop was in Noosa sound. I am still relying on Neil & Ben & extended staff for helpful support & service & I hope I will be able to drop in for a friendly chat & maybe buy a few more bikes over the next 30 years or so!! Thanks for all your help Neil! I won't go anywhere else!! Dion. T.

- John Turner (customer testimonial) I have been very pleased with the new road bike I recently purchased from Noosa Bike Shop. I was incredibly impressed by the meticulous detail in which they you did the fit out for me. The time you spent on careful adjustments while you were observing my riding style when I was on the trainer ensured that my shoes are positioned at the correct position for ease and power of peddling. The adjustments you made to the saddle and handlebars have achieved the most comfortable riding position! Considering the amount of bikes there are on the market, they made a considerable effort to find the best bike for me and talk me through the differences between frames and what they did. I decided on a Cannondale Synapse and I couldn't be happier. It does everything they said. When I tested the bike I could not believe the difference it has made to my cycling. I can now easily climb hills that I found difficult on my old bike. I would highly recommend the service, advice and fit out provided by Noosa Bike Shop to any person thinking about buying a new bike.
