Went shopping with my daughter last night  Saturday at 7:30 pm : purchased approximately $60 in groceries and managed to get a young female staff member to point where I had to go to get staff member to put my order through: I waited patiently and then was told by another male staff that counter mwas closed hence the barrier was up . It was at this point the male reluctantly agreed to put my order through and treated us like second class citizens. I purchased 2 items in my order which were reduced from $25 to $9 however they scanned at a more expensive price. The staff member wasn’t at all interested in checking for me so I didn’t bother to purchase them . He also made a snide comment at the time :  When I paid for them he said there you go : absolutely no manners: I need to point out it wasn’t at all busy .not really good enough: if I treated someone like that at work I would expect a 1 star review as well : come on staff  on a Saturday night you can do better than this .

Never been outright belittled so badly by staff before. I don’t know if Wednesdays are just an overly stressful day at this store, but as a Coles employee myself I would be absolutely appalled if I saw fellow staff members treat customers the way I was treated by TWO different staff today while just trying to find out if an item was out of stock or if I was looking in the wrong place. I had to choke back tears because I was made to feel so embarrassed by the way I was spoken to in front of staff members who were both to arrogant and entitled, and the other too lazy and obnoxious to simply search a code on a PDA or walk 15 metres to see that the product was in fact not where I had just said it wasn’t.nnIf you don’t want to work in a job where you have to interact with the public go build roads or something. Really really disappointed by this. Both staff members appeared relatively senior so I can only imagine how much of a stress it must be to work underneath them. Do better ladies.

I was just there yesterday morning after my hair cut 10.30am, have been going to this Coles for over 10 years now and find most the Staff lovely my Favorite who I always look forward to seeing is Tracey without a doubt, she always works hard and packs my bags the best, I only go to her Register no matter how big the line up is, she always goes out of her way to brighten my day, thankyou Tracey pleeeease never leave, Lisa

Great store. Plenty of variety in the fruit and veggie section and friendly staff.nn20/9/21. Dropped in again for a couple of items.  Great store
