I think his name was Tex. He is an absolute standout in the produce section. From the moment you’re greeted, his positive attitude and genuine friendliness make the whole shopping experience better. He goes above and beyond to help customers, whether it’s finding the freshest produce, offering helpful suggestions, or just having a friendly chat that brightens your day. Tex clearly takes pride in his work and it shows in the way he treats every customer with respect and care. Exceptional customer service like his is rare these days, and he’s a real credit to the store. Keep up the amazing work.
This was my first time at this Cole’s and I was struggling to find all of my groceries, when a lovely young girl Maddi saw me struggling and helped me out. She personally escorted me around, making sure I knew where to find everything. Such an amazing inspiration for other Cole’s workers. Shout out Maddi!
Was in yesterday and accidentally asked a cleaner for help instead of the floor staff, I think her name was Kayla??? She had purple hair and even though it may have been her job to help me she really went above and beyond. So chirpy and nice, really a pleasure to speak to. Hope she gets her flowers.

The female staff member at 1.15-130 completely ignored me at the customer service on the inside store section by the favourites. I needed help with a product but she never even turned to acknowledge the fact I was even standing here!nnI can’t take my unpaid groceries over to where the cigarettes are sold! I’m not paying and then coming back in to pay for something I can’t find!nnThank you to the younger man who helped me when I went to go find someone else to ask. Multiple staff would have seen me standing there and no one asked if I needed anything! I put the things I got back on the shelf since you didn’t have what I needed and I was left waiting so long!
