mixed feelings. I have been here times and received nothing short of fantastic customer service, but other times, walked away wondering why I ever came back. Most recently, the deli staff member was nothing short of rude, completely hating my reasonable requests. Further the cleanliness of the store (floors) leaves quite a bit to be desired. This combined with what seems to be constant store on the floors leaves for an interesting shopping navigating experience, never lone the safety risks. Please do better.

The young chap from the Deli is always friendly and engaging in conversations with me when I shop there. Rest of the staff are helpful for the most part. Fair few can not be bothered to go out of their way for you. Overall good store.

Customer service is Awesome. Some have gotten to know me and call me by my first name. My Only Place to stop for buying Food etc..

Came in the other day and was not Impressed! What a joke, yous have put a bunch of 13 year olds on over the christmas holidays and none of them were trained nor mature enough to handle the rush of people over the holidays thats expected took way to long to put only $200 shopping through by some kid. Quite a shame since i shop here every week and typically always put through quickly and respectfully by the regular lot that have either all left, been fired or what i suspect been replaced by cheaper labour. would like to see people like amy, harry, ruth or chris next time thanks

Normally shop at woolworths kawana but thought would check out Coles turkeys. I asked one assistant who told me "I work on service and am just going on a break." Asked on checkout and the response was "have no.idea is it for Xmas "?????? Went to Woolworths and the staff were more than helpful going far beyond service. No more Coles for me.
