Honestly, never leave reviews but that was the most frustrating shopping experience!! having a seriously massive trolley to put through self serve check out, while four staff were standing talking about their personal lives - watching on while I struggled ~ do better. Seriously. Cost of living is no joke to drop hundreds of dollars while the service is so terrible. I felt sorry for the other family with younger children and an equally as big trolley, with no adequate space to put groceries on. Will only go to Cole’s from now on
Historically I've had no issues with click and collect and my orders have been spot on. However the last 2 orders I've received substitutes for items in flavours that I do not like - I have no substitutes turned on for all items.nI have also been given less than the amount of veg I paid for without being refunded the difference.nAnd most recently I was given chicken where the use by date was the day prior to my order.nI just ask that the team take a little bit more care in their selection and to actually look at use by dates on items before packing.
One of two supermarkets in the Kawana Shopping Centre. Place was clean and tidy and all seemed to be flowing well. Fresh fruit and vegies were abundant and looked good. Great meat selection too. For the full review, check out the googlereviewqueen.com website.
Such a clean and well stocked woolworths. Staff are super friendly at the staffed checkouts.
Lots of parking, like the click and collect option. Good opening hours, mostly 7am to 9pm. Clean store with plenty of stock. Some of the staff are quiet funny and happy, greeting you down the isles. Its definitely worth going here when you've got other shops to go to.
