On Saturday late afternoon I was shopping with my daughter and 2 of her 4 foster children. When we finished and got to the register we were served by a lovely lady called Helen I believe she is from the Currimundi store, and was helping out at Kawana. We were so lucky to select her checkout. She had exceptional customer service and was so efficient yet. She engaged with the 2 girls beautifully and made our shopping experience such a pleasure. Woolworths is very lucky to have Helen as a team member
One of two supermarkets in the Kawana Shopping Centre. Place was clean and tidy and all seemed to be flowing well. Fresh fruit and vegies were abundant and looked good. Great meat selection too. For the full review, check out the googlereviewqueen.com website.
Who ever decided to remove the front baskets from the trolleys please rethink this! Not one trolley had a basket today. My bread, fruit & veg all got squashed and spilt all in the trolley as no basket to place them in! Ridiculous idea!
This is by far the worst store to answer phone calls you could be in the stall calling the number the staff are all talking, and they will not answer the call then when they do they leave you waiting on their forevernmanagement should even tried it To be in the store, call the number and the front staff won’t eat, sir they call absolutely terrible
Had a trolley go of groceries last night. No checkouts open, only self serve.;Get through half of trolley load when icwas asked by staff member to move my groceries for another customer to use next door self service point. I said that it is difficult as no checkouts are open. I was then told I should have asked for a checkout to be open. I said surely you saw the load in the trolley and how much I was struggling.i got a shrug of the shoulders and the staff member wandered off. Just poor standards
