Further training needed. I get these young kids need a job and good on you for employing these kids but please train them. This is the third time we have been in this store asking for thin shaved meats from the deli section only to receive the complete opposite and rude service. We will not be coming back to this store ever again!!
What a great place to shop, awesome friendly staff; good selection and lovely fresh rolls made up for lunches and hot dinners in the deli inc roast beef & veggies chook pork etc...wish you where in Adelaide haha..we have a large Iga near us with great products fresh fish counter, meat veg spices cafe etc; they have a cafe eatery due to space; however your little shop I find much friendlier and well stocked; love it!!; do you do veterans & seniors discount days? Cheers
Would have been a 5 star review if the lady in the deli was a little nicer and not so rude. It was a very strange experience there today with her which is not at all normal for this lovely store. Perhaps she was having a bad day ‍

I am a regular customer of IGA buddina and I have noticed that the owner of the store, Katherine, has been interruptive whilst I shop. I can feel her eyes lingering as I reach to pick up my items as if she's stalking me, a wolf hunting for next meal. It is consistent every time I come in. Almost as if I've gained a 6th sense for my stalkers. This has however benefitted me outside the store as I noticed my neighbour watching me through my blinds. I do find it strange that he is 13 and I am 35, and whether I like it is besides the point I do wonder if his parent's know. What if he is the son of the store owner?. I can feel his eyes on me even while I write this review. To conclude, It would be nice if Kath could stop stalking me whenever I enter the store. I am posting this comment under a fake alias, 'squabble-myballs-421', to maintain my anonymity. I will no longer be silenced by this witch and my voice will be heard. Thank you.
Such a great range of delicious, organic, vegan or vegetarian options, with plenty of eco conscious options too. Brand new store, very clean and tidy. Big range and lovely to shop in. Plus easy access, way better than shopping world
This is a little gem located among a cluster of businesses across the road from Kawana Shopping World. A great selection of hot foods and speciality items. A relatively small selection of regular grocery items as well.
Always very helpful, setting aside items for me now that I travel a distance to this store. Lots of lovely gourmet items, great weekend specials & quality meat. Also very customer focussed owners. Thanks for the service.
Great shop and friendly attentive staff. Had what we were looking for and more.they have IGA freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly made peanut butter im so eager to try. Also they stock a wide range of cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Shop!
