Not good enough Dan Murphys, order online before 10 am today, arrived to pick up my order at 4 pm, was told that my order was mistakenly given out to someone else. OK, better redo the order but was told that one six pack of wine was now not available, we will give you something else, No I want what I ordered. Attitude of staff not good. How do you just give out an order to someone else when you have to ID yourself when picking up an order.
Oh my word! This place is AWESOME! The Whiskey section blew me away with entire ranges that we cannot get in Mackay or Rockhampton. There were quite a number of staff available to help. Love it! Need to get Mackay store to be more like this!
Absolutely disgusting price increase I have discovered today. So, I have purchased 2x 1.5 litres of stones green ginger wine over the past 4 months! On sale for $18 with your members card. Went today to buy another and the members price was $24.95 on special for the same size bottle! So, increase of $7, but, still displaying members price! ABSOLUTELY disgusting increase! Not happy Janet !!
Went In tonight 10 minutes before closing, had 3 people approach me harassing me to get to the counter even tho 10 minutes!! Lady at counter so sour puss. Customer service guys!! Qlders are the worst at it, soon as the sun goes down. Never be back, bws it is.
