Oh my word! This place is AWESOME! The Whiskey section blew me away with entire ranges that we cannot get in Mackay or Rockhampton. There were quite a number of staff available to help. Love it! Need to get Mackay store to be more like this!

I was worried when we lost Gavin but Jacob is an outstanding replacement. His patience and attention to my unique and very difficult needs is outstanding. His advice and wine knowledge is excellent. Another incredible asset to the brand.

I don’t often write Google reviews but my sister and I went to Dan Murphys in Kawana the other day and I was blown away at how friendly the staff were! Literally every single employee we past acknowledged us, said hello and offered their assistance. They looked like they genuinely wanted to help. It was super refreshing to see! Great team!!

I've always wanted to do a review for Dan Murphy's.  I'm not a drinker myself, but Pete likes it here.  So,  if you are looking for a great place to go,  look no further than Dan Murphy's Kawana

We had the most unpleasant experience shopping here with my disabled adult son,who was harassed by staff member Liam to get his ID as he looks younger due to his disability. Very obviously only my wife and myself were buying and he was just accompanying us and we were supervising him, which per liquor licence law does not require an ID check.nThe helpless manager joining the scene didn’t rectify the situation either claiming that they are just following the law, which is incorrect. The triumphant grinning of Liam when I had to get to the car to get my disabled son’s ID was a tell it all how much he enjoyed upsetting myself and my disabled son. This was mistreatment of paying customers at best and discrimination of a disabled person at worst.nShame on them!nEndeavour management can thank Liam and the manager of Kawana Dan Murphy for loosing a shareholder as I just sold all my shares.nThis business will go downhill with all the consequences and I am done with supporting shops treating people in general and especially disabled persons rudely and unfair. I don’t want to be part of it and I certainly will let Endeavour Senior Management know.nPlenty of other options around to invest in good businesses and buy liquor at good prices and ample variety especially online without having to deal with poor customer service by malevolent staff.
