I used to think Big W was one of the lower places to shop, but the more time I spend here, my opinion changes. Stock always saying in stock but never have in store. Even after going in there, they still don't change the count to order more. Worse than Woolworths. Spose it is Big Woolworths lol
Big store, very well stocked and has been modernised over the last few years. Friendly staff and great selection of goods for everyone ranging from household goods, clothes for the family, toys and books and also a great party section.
Today, i was helping my disabled partner with buying new clothes, i was helping him try them on in the change room as it can be a usually difficult and slow process for him to do himself also include we were in the disabled changerooms. A female worker came to the door asking if we needed help due to the fact we had been in there a while, so i said we were doing fine, as it wasnt really any of her business on how long it took to dress my partner, especially with the clothes we had brung in. We heard her complaining about how long we were taking, and once we had left, she approached us saying that the change rooms is only for people who need to try stuff on quicker, and that she doesnt have time to be dealing with “people like us”. The change room was fine? And we hung up all the clothes we didnt buy? Absolutely horrible customer service, should be ashamed.
