Excellent service from Southport Auto centre. Even been given a courtesy car on the odd occasion, when I've been stuck.
Put my XC90 in for a major service and cambelt change. Chris informed me that I needed a few extra things needed doing he gave me the price of the extras and the choice of doing it or not. Very happy with the job done. Very friendly and helpful.
Chris and his team are excellent. I've been coming back for over seven years with both my cars for service, repair work, MOT and sales. I travel in from Liverpool as I am confident in the quality of the work and their competitive price. There's been a few times where I've needed their help in an emergency, and they've been quick to help both over the phone and in person. I've recommended to family, friends and colleagues - a hidden gem of a place that I'm thankful to have stumbled across. Thanks guys!
I took my Jaguar X-Type 2.2 D for some wax oil work underneath, Whilst booking the car in I had a conversation about "carbon cleaning", I told them the issue was the car would go into "limp mode" if accelerating and that the pick up wasn't smooth. They recommended a "revive" treatment which cleans the compete turbo system. The difference when I got the car back was outstanding! Acceleration was super smooth and fast, mpg has increased and the car is quieter. so thank you Southport Auto Centre for giving me my new car back! davegService: General repairs & maintenance
Chris is an extraordinary MAN and his team is brilliant. I was in urgency of departing abroad and needed a service sorted on my XC90. Even though he doesn't knew before he sorted me straight away. All work done professionally with genuine parts no compromises. An excellent Volvo specialist garage. I had a stack of work to do on my V70 as it is used flat out and covers many miles. The guys here were knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. They know their stuff and kept me up to date with progress and also provided a courtesy car. Having owned Amazon's, 240s, 740s and 940s I have dealt with a lot of good and bad garages and the occasional apathetic Volvo main dealer Not Sentinel who are brilliant if you're in the south! I was really impressed with Southport Auto Centre and will definitely use them again. A very positive experience and very highly recommended
Highly recommend the service. A true 5 star service
Took our XC60 here for its first service. Volvo wanted nearly £300 for an initial service which is basically an oil and filter change. These guys did it for £185. The proprietor was friendly and knowledgable. Took half a day to do the service and gave us a courtesy car. The workshop looked tidy and clean. Will visit here again.
I've not had any trouble with the work they've done for me and I personally feel if they say something needs doing on my car it will need doing. For this reason I'm happy to use this garage.
