Zipper refused to honor a extended warranty that is not worth the paper it’s written on fixed price service was listed on contract at $229 but they wanted $329 - this caused me to review the contract and it limits the maximum claim to $500 per repair and $1500 total!! You CANNOT get the car serviced anywhere else (not even by a car dealership of the same make) and surfers city staff (service manager) are plain rude. An issue reported in warranty with the mylink system was then quoted $465 to update!!  STEER CLEAR and read the fine print.

The experience I had Dylan and Keith was beyond my expectation and I am so grateful for their help in getting me into a new car that I LOVE so much. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. They were very helpful,  understanding , professional ,and HONEST!!! Thank you so much guys. Shelley Taylor

Luke and Daniel were absolutely amazing. Went in looking at two cars and i didnt feel any pressure or strong sales tactics. It was the most amazing service i have ever gotten completely relaxed but any questions i had they answered straight away despite my 2000 phone calls they helped me out and never once felt like i was annoying them. 

Absolutely amazing guys will definitely be returning for any future purchases and recommending them to everyone.

Absolutely amazed at how friendly and understanding the staff are.
Dylan my sales consultant, He is a top bloke and such a genuine person, He has done a fantastic job organising everything for my Ve Ss I purchased and even getting it in early to be looked at and organising a loan car for me.

Could not recommend this place anymore. Same with surfers city Holden, both fantastic dealerships, when it comes time to buy a new another car down the track I know who to go through and I will recommend to everyone I know who is looking to buy.

Even though I wasn't the easiest customer, but Dylan done a fantastic job and made my experience enjoyable. Because purchasing a new car can be really stressful.

Daniel and the Team at Zooper Cars Ashmore are outstanding... Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. 
They gave great service, with no pressure and had a very transparent approach all the way through the process. We found the perfect car in great condition and they did a very good deal with our trade-in too! Dylan was a stand out sales person and was awesome to deal with... I couldn't recommend them higher!
Well done Zoopers for providing a refreshingly unexpected and non typical experience. We will be back for our next car and we'll be telling our family and friends to do the same!
