I recently got the Ultimate Package for my Tesla Model 3 which included ceramic coating, ceramic tinting and accessories.  Steve & the team did a sensational job, amazing attention to detail, great communication & advice through the entire process. Service was outstanding, I highly recommend using Concept EV  for all your Tesla needs.

Anyone who has bought a Tesla will most likely tell you that the handover and after service handling is less than appropriate for the money you are spending. This is where Steve, Mark and the team at Concept EV step in.  They provided what I can only call a prestige concierge service. I was away interstate when Tesla moved the date forward for pickup, so Steve picked it up for me, changed standard plates to my personalised plates over on my behalf, they sent me daily update videos and photos as the modifications were made. Ready for pickup when I returned. Steve then spent over 2 hours with me teaching me all the tips and tricks of a Tesla. To say that I was blown away with their level of service would be an understatement.  Furthermore, they use the highest quality ceramic, tint and products, and take their time in doing things the right way...and they got me a great deal on my insurance with specific bells & whistles for Tesla owners.  They are extremely passionate about what they do, and it shows in the results.  Steve has a customer for life in me. Many thanks for your bespoke, professional and friendly service.

Purchased the ‘essentials’ package for my brand new Model 3 Long Range. Steve and the team provided absolutely amazing service. Excellent communication pre-purchase and throughout the treatment process. Sent updates with photos regularly throughout the two days they had the vehicle. Spent hours prepping the paintwork for the application of the ‘fireball’ protection. Threw in a few surprise goodies also which was a nice touch. These guys definitely know their stuff and also know how to look after their customers.

Steve and Mark DR Tesla went above and beyond squeezing in my new Tesla on a very tight holiday schedule. Screen swivel accessories, premium tinting and ceramic coating. Highly recommend Concept EV for all of your EV needs

Steve & his team tinted my M3LR windows, full back windscreen AND moon roof in January. I can't praise the whole process enough. Steve will drop you at the Cafe down the road & shout you breakfast. Settle in and relax while they work their magic on your pride & joy! Ignore the myths about tinting Tesla moon roofs - I INSTANTLY felt the difference.  And with a good 2 months more of blistering Qld summer in front of us, I didn't need to out the sunshades back in. I instantly dropped AC fan speed & increased temp from 19.5 to 21.5. My ra ge has improved & even more joy added to driving a M3! All while retaining a non-glarey beautiful view of the sky above! The whole job was top notch - no bubbles or creases - even on the full back windscreen! Don't go anywhere else! Thanks Steve & team.

WOW !, what a fantastic result for our Tesla Model 3. We organized to have Ceramic Coating applied to the exterior, interior protection, full tinting including the roof, and had the seating redone in “Adrenalin Red” Nappa Leather. In addition the guys at CEV picked up the car from Tesla and stored it until we were able to collect it. During the process we received many updates, with photos and video. Cannot recommend Steve and Mark highly enough; they run a fantastic after market business, so if you want your Tesla to stand out from the crowd go have a chat with them. We will certainly be back !
