Had my car serviced there. Very friendly staff, they did an excellent job and was done quickly. Though someone needs to service the coffee machine in the guest lounge, burnt and bitter, like my works former HR lady.

Bought a $31k car from this dealership on finance. I asked for the term to be as short as possible and the total amount repayable to be as low as possible because I'd rather buy the car outright and pay cash than pay a huge amount of interest. I even offered to pay a 50% down payment to keep the interest low but I was offered an 84 month term with a minimum repayment of $145/week and was told that if I pay $200/week, I can finish paying it off in 40 months and the total amount repayable will just be around $34k so I signed up for it. I found out later that if I did what I was told, the total amount repayable will be around $44k and I will finish paying it off in 50 months. So I just paid out the loan and it cost me over $3k more than what I should've spent if I bought the car outright. I complained to the dealership about this and I was told that they will have a manager get in touch with me. 1 week later and I still haven't heard from them.

Sometimes simple words say it best I could not ask for a better service I'll always remember and recommend Von Bibra Used cars And Josh Black a salesman like you brightens the world ,Michael the Manager thankyou also for you for your great work Benny Zhou the finance Manager I would not have my new car Thank you for your excellent work and last thanks Courtney all of you guys are the bomb definitely made me feel like I just got a new car .And yes I will be back to see you all and 10/10 service highly recommend Ferry Rd  A1 Great staff  from Lorraine one big happy customer
