This review relates to the service dept. I'm needing to have a headlight replaced on an Aston Martin V8 Vantage. I called 2 days ago, my call went to message bank, I asked for a call back. No response. Called again yesterday, left a message with reception who told me a service person would call me back as soon as they were free. 26 hours later, no call. I'd have to say service level is pretty low.

I dealt with Jonathan at Aston and could not recommend him highly enough.  This was not an easy decision and the vehicle that I was trading I had quite an attachment too.  Jonathan's was easy to deal with and unorthodox basically if the car was right for me then it was meant to be.  The team here are second to none in my opinion and are definitely worth considering, after market is very well considered and organised.  Its not often you can trust in this day and age however this team is an acceptation.

James has great customer service and very accommodating to needs. This dealership really complements a premium brand like Aston Martin. The service has been far above other car dealerships.

The most SENSATIONAL service you could expect. I have never felt more comfortable, respected and happy in a car dealership. I’m a couple years of purchasing my first Aston yet I was treated with no less respect. I was given a tour of the car, had a great chat, listen to it start up and rev. James I can genuinely not thank you enough for your level of service. To then be dropped back at my hotel in your DBX suv was the cherry on top of the cake to know I’ll be buying from you in the future. I don’t typically praise many people to this degree however I couldn’t recommend Aston Martin Gold Coast enough to anyone. Truly if you want great service, you need to meet them.

Took my Aston in for a clutch replacement and the guys at Sunshine Aston took 6 weeks to fine tune the car until it is 100% right. Honestly the car now drives better than when I first purchased it. Thanks so much Martin and Darral. You guys are no.1
