Just be careful with their service department, especially ladies. The last two times my wife has taken her car in for scheduled capped price servicing, they've convinced her to do additional things. Last time was an AC re-gas on a 2014 car that is regularly driven with its windows down and AC off. It did not need doing. This time it was a "throttle body and intake clean" (on a 35,000k car?). When we picked the car up, it was obvious the only thing in the dusty engine bay touched was the air filter cover - none of the hoses or clamps had been undone to even get near the throttle body or intake. When confronted, the $200 charge was removed from the invoice without a second request - good customer service, or they knew it was never done? I'll let you decide. We also had a problem with the windshield squirters not getting water up onto the screen - both services they said it was fine. We took it to Kia Robina who agreed it should have been noticed during service, even without mentioning it. It was fixed same day under warranty. Turned out to be a build-up of algae in the reservoir, caused by Sunshine Kia not filling it with the appropriate solution during scheduled service.
