Sadly had to sell my car. Max Southport was brilliant. Despite the heat, he remained professional, polite and courteous at all times and was empathetic to my having to sell my car. He explained everything in full detail. All in all the whole process was smooth.

Sadly, they lure you in with a notified price on your vehicle. When you turn up, as in my case - even with up to date servicing/MOT and immaculate condition - they knock circa £3,000 off their original offer. I feel sorry for the agent you deal with as they have to conduct phone negotiations with faceless individuals who haven't even seen the car. Complete waste of mine and the agents time.
