Alex at Gold Coast MG submitted an irresistible bid that we couldn't refuse for the EV we wanted on Motor Scout. He then went out of his way to have our new car ready the next day so we could drive down and pick it up without taking extra time off work. He answered all our questions promptly and looked after us every step of the way. This was my first time buying a brand new car. Due to an unexpected encounter, I found myself in need of a new vehicle. A family member suggested that I look at an MG3.nI looked on the MG website and perused the current deals. Shortly thereafter, I made a call to Gold Coast MG. I spoke with Josh, who was very courteous and amiable. He organised a test drive for a time best suited to me.nUpon arrival, at Gold Coast MG, I found the staff to be very hospitable and obliging, offering drinks and a seat while I waited to go for the test drive.nDuring the test drive, Josh was very informative and knowledgeable about the functions and performance of the vehicle.nAfter returning to the dealership, Josh and the team assisted me with paperwork, extras and financials. They were thoughtful and supportive and never once pushy or aggressive.nThe next day, my car was ready to be picked up. But the service didn't stop there. Josh demonstrated and explained all the functions and details of my new MG3. Then, we drove to the MG Service Centre, where I was given a bottle of wine and some skincare products.nOverall, I had a fantastic and rewarding experience.nThank you to Josh and the staff at Gold Coast MG. We were serviced by Jackson as our sales concierge who was very helpful in allowing us to pick the right car that was for us. Fantastic customer service, received the car within less than a week and was given a loan car for the time we did have to wait for our car.nnWould definitely recommend Jackson and his team when looking for a car.nnThank you Jackson for all your hard work and commitment to us during this time.
Took my girlfriend to buy her first car at MG Gold Coast on the weekend and was extremely happy with the professionalism from Jackson. We didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and Jackson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he made the process so simple without any fuss. So hard to find an honest and genuine salesman these days but not in this case. Thank you so much to Jackson and MG Gold Coast for an amazing first car buying experience
