Lovely spot with great views of the Coral Sea and Abel Marina. Reasonably priced. Had a delicious salad for lunch.

We walked in and bought a drink from the bar. The girl with dreadlocks was friendly. But we had no idea where to order. It is very poorly signed. The girl with dreadlocks advised we needed to go upstairs to go to the restaurant. We walked up the stairs with our drinks and were met by a helpful girl of Asian decent. She arranged a table for us on the deck. We ordered shortly after being seated. Entree was a short wait and we had the Prawn Gaberi which we shared. It was ok. Not super flavoursome. But I clearly wasn’t even finished eating the entree when the girl who prepared the table for us came over, saw my husband had finished & took the main plate away, telling us she’d get our mains. She didn’t take my husband’s side plate or used cutlery or even acknowledge that I was still eating. This was the last we saw of any real customer service throughout the night. The staff were terribly inattentive! Not once were we checked on to see if everything was ok or if we needed drinks. We get better table service in the pubs in our home town! Our side plates sat on the table (I stacked them up so it was clear to see we were finished along with our empty water bottle and our finished drink bottles) until our mains were brought out some 20 minutes later. Our mains were lukewarm. And man alive, they were waaaaaaaaaay overpriced for what they were. Flavours were average. They were also seriously under seasoned and as we had no salt or pepper on the table, we had to steal from another table. It may have been an off night, perhaps, as the table next to us waited 45 minutes for their order, then only half if it came out and one of those meals were returned as it was stone cold. I don’t recommend you visit the restaurant.

Great spot for an icy cold beer and watch the sun go down. Best pizzas in Airlie Beach

I definitely do not know why this restaurant has such a good review. The service staff looks pretty much unhappy, so consequently the service was quite bad. We ordered two glasses of red wine. The wine was too warm, they told us the wine has room temperature. The room temperature for a red wine means 18-20 degree, not 25 or more. We also ordered a fillet mignion, which was already sold out at 8pm. The fish of the day was quite good, the steak less. I can not recommend this restaurant, its also overpriced! There are a couple of restaurants in airlie beach which are much better.
