Staff rude as. No interest to serve. Been there a few times now... Food is good but from the front reception (where all they are more concerned about where your standing) to having to send signals to try and get waiters. UPDATE: recent experiences have been better. Taking feedback onboard has saw new signage and staff more attentive. Well done...

We tried to dine there on two occasions. We were told, it was fully booked out even though we can see empty tables. We made a booking and finally able to dine in this restaurant. While the food was great, we are not sure why the staff turn customers away when we witnessed there were a few empty tables throughout the whole night when we were there.

The evening before we got takeaway and the food was good, but when we returned for breakfast next day and asked for a table closer to the water (there were plenty of empty tables) we were told that we can't get any of these tables. We've asked why and were informed that this section is closed. Normally I would agree as there are plenty of other places that open in sections due to many reasons, but there was one table in the "closed" section that was occupied by about 8 people that were having breakfast. When I pointed out this table, I was told "don't worry about them". I didn't worry about it and we moved on. I am not advertising other places and will provide appropriate reviews, but other places was cheaper, better water views and definitely better service.

Fantastic menu has such a vairity to offer the sea food and portion sizes are way more then one foodie can tackle defiantly value for money, the taste is well complemented with the style of sauces and sides, he staff are more then attentive with service. I recommend doing a booking in advance to secure your self a spot. I do recommend the sea food tower for sea food lovers, the bush tucker menu is grate for first timers to new food such as my self the crocodile was surprisingly really good like chicken to taste and texture like a firm fish, the surf and turf stake I had you can cut it with a spoon it was that tender Very very happy with restaurant choice

We were seated instantly, but had to wave a waiter down to be served. The main meals came out very fast, even though the place was packed and busy, which was a nice surprise. My meal tasted quite average for a rather expensive price, but my companion really enjoyed her seafood dish and said it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and the view is great.
