As the restaurant inside the Hilton Hotel, you might expect something classier. Prepare to be underwhelmed: overpriced, uninspired Italian. $23 Spaghetti bolognese. The pizzas are reasonably good, with charred chewy thin bases- but again pretty standard options.  There are so many other better Italian places in Cairns(Piccolo Cucina, Bellocale, Alessandro’s and more) the only reason to come here is if you are staying at the hotel.

Burned food, very greasy  and tasteless!!

Average food overpriced service hit and miss. Waitresses a bit strange tend to be a little idiosyncratic. Pick a good day service good pick a bad day then you feel like persona non grata. The only thing Italian here menu options and a waitress my barber has more Italian atmosphere decoration than this place.

The Pizza is very good and the waiters are friendly.  The restaurant lacks atmosphere. Playing U2 music the whole evening just isn't very 'Italian'. Management of the restaurant requires improvement.
