Very bad service, on a sunday night we were the only table at the restaurant, and the waitress forgot to bring our complete order to the table.. instead of pay attention to the costumers was standing with her smpartphone ... The food looks really nice, but it doesn't taste like real indian food, so if you look for a real indian restaurant with the real tast you will not find it here. Not cheap .. its a shame i would like to be a costumer in this restaurant but get really disappointed.
Till date, I never had good experiences with Indian restaurants. Recently I went there with my Indian friend for dinner after his constant pleading and to my surprise I had the best night ever. The staff was welcoming and gave us a great service; and the food was marvellous! Being an Indian I ordered spicy curries and entrees and I was blown away by the amazing taste of the food. I am very grateful to my friend for taking me there and I'll recommend this restaurant as must visit in Emerald.
It took 40 minutes for our meals to come out and there was no one in the restruant. The waitresses had no idea what they were doing. Our curries which were suppose to be medium came out with no spice or heat. The curry was dry and had no sauce. The garlic and cheese naan bread had no cheese. The tikka chicken naan bread has no chicken it was just bread with some capsicum and corn. When we complained we were just told ok, our feedback was not welcomed.
Watress keeped hounding me while I was deciding what I wanted. Had the tandoori chicken steamed rice and some nan. The chicken came first a good ten minutes before the rice and naan arrived. When i just about finished with the chicken I noticed it was bleeding. The watress said that was the chefs fault. I hope the rest wasnt raw it was hard to tell with the spices. The chicken was tough and had very little taste they should have made a curry with it. Naan and rice was ok.
The food was delicious, and reasonably priced. Had the traditional banquet. The waitress was polite and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more than that.
Bad service, terrible food. Asked for Madori, told they had none, yet there was on the shelf. Used to be a great place, but new owners don't give a damn.
The Bhuna Chicken is the best I have had around the world. The chicken Tikka starter I had last night however was dry and hard, not good at all
Hands down the best curryI got the chicken madras I’ve had in Australia. Very friendly staff and good service.
I like Indian food and i think this place is worth returning , i have not had a bad feed here .
Can be quite good at times. Make sure to phone orders in. Hard to find menu online.
