The Capricornian Restaurant takes it name from its location, being situated on the Tropic of Capricorn at 23.5ºS latitude.
The restaurant began trading in July 2003 from purpose built premises in the township of Emerald in the Central Highlands district of Queensland, Australia.
An interior of soothing terra cotta and chocolate tones dressed with white linen provides a backdrop of casual elegance over dinner. With a variety of dining areas and menu packages on offer The Capricornian experience can be anywhere from casual to five star.
