The company is a privately owned family business that has been servicing the hospitality industry for over 50 years.

Service Sphere holds the Australian agencies for many world leading brands including Astoria, Rancilio and La Cimbali Espresso Machines; as well as Rheavendors Coffee Vending Machines and Eversys Swiss Coffee Systems. These brands, coupled with industry leading infrastructure and the implementation of the latest technology, offer a true national solution to the coffee industry.

Service Sphere specialises in servicing large national companies and offers custom-designed preventative maintenance schedules along with a 24/7 reactive service program through a national network of factory-trained technicians.

Wish I could give 0 star. Received my brand new coffee machine after 6 weeksfor the second time it’s been repaired. They have broken the legs and didn’t even bother to wipe off all the dirt. Worst customer service ever, and zero knowledge from all their technicians. It’s an absolute ripoff. DO NOT BUY DELONGHI.

These guys were very helpful, and had everything I needed, and previously I had to purchase these parts overseas, la pavoni so it was a very pleasant surprise to find them just around the corner. They had some amazing specials too. Highly recommended.

Recently purchased a Delonghi Magnifica Evo, the staff were incredibly helpful with training and provided excellent service Grace, very happy with the product.  Highly recommend it.

I bought accessories from this store. Their staff were very enthusiastic and taught me how to install the accessories. This store is very good. I also saw it online, but after I went there, their staff were really enthusiastic and very nice.

Dropped my machine off for well overdue service, but came out with a new machine!  Who served me knew the answers to all my questions and I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them

I’ve had a few dealings with Service Sphere when they have repaired my coffee machines. It’s reassuring to know that they fix & also supply spare parts. Just this week, they replaced a pack of coffee beans which were mistakenly purchased & were out of date. The replacement & a bonus kg were express posted to me. These goodwill gestures & service record are what will keep my custom.

Dropped a machine after Delonghi recommended this place to get it repaired last year. I was very shocked the guy at the reception. His attitude was terrible and he did not believe what I informed him. I thought because I was from Japan and he judged me with some sort of discriminations? or he literally did not care and lost all his motivations? I lived in Melbourne for nearly 3 years but his attitude was one of the worst.

Awesome staff giving excellent service. They carry a great selection of machines and coffees. A hidden gem worth hunting for.

One of the persons manning the inquiry desk definitely should not be allowed to have customer contact. I was returning a Kenwood food processor for repair, he was incredibly rude, stating that he did not understand why anyone would buy such a processor when a wooden spoon and beater could do the same job. Who gave him the right to offer such criticism. I was dumbfounded. Today when I collected the repaired processor, he was still at the desk, plonking the large box on the counter. I was struggling to push the heavy box towards the exit when another employee helped me to my car…which is why I upped the star rating from 1 to 2.

*UPDATE* Paid $132 diagnostic fee and $400 for parts of my previous service. The machine broke down in 3 weeks. Returned the machine, the technician said they could not have predicted the motor and the electronic board were also faulty, then asked another $380 if I wish to repair it. GREAT.  *PREVIOUS* Repaired my old ESAM3000, now works like a champ. Beautiful
