Serco repaired my KTM cylinder head due to corrosion damage. I'm blown away by the high quality of the repair work - the head looks like brand new. Bike runs great now.

Craig was kind of enough to order the Yoshimura R11 in Black Metal Magic directly from Yoshimura Japan, none of which I could find from any other retailer in Aus in catalogue.  Awesome customer service from my experience.

Serco provide very good support.  I purchased Mobius knee braces. They take a beating with the Extreme riding I do. After 100’s of hours straps and soft bits wear. My co-riders who use other brands have ended up purchasing new brace’s. Craig Connell @ Serco has ensured my braces are simply & economically restored to a new snug fit again. Most of my gear boots, packs, etc... last 6-18months, I appreciate the after sales support it been key making these brace’s to be a one time investment.

Disappointed.  I went there because they are a Kibblewhite supplier.  My spend to have my classic bike cylinder head restored should have been upwards of $1000 for new guides and complete Black Diamond valve set.  They gave a quote of $250 which means they were not going to do a proper restoration.  They supposedly have experience with these cylinder heads but as I am not allowed to speak with the machinist  its hard to know.  When asked what the  clearance was between valve and guide they hadn't checked it.  Hard to see how this rates as a  great engineering workshop.  I am fully aware you get what you pay for and cost was never mentioned or an issue.  I now have to find someone else.  These heads are becoming extremely rare so cannot be trusted to just anyone.

Serco has as far as I remember, had an excellent reputation when it came to engineering work on motorcycle engines, so I had no hesitation in taking a cylinder barrel off a Royal Enfield Electra X into them to be rebored, taken from 500cc to 535cc to fit a wossner Piston, basically 84mm Dia to 87mm Dia  , this is not at all an extreme modification, imagine my surprise when they called me to say the barrel ended up oval and not fit for purpose. My understanding of the conversation  I had with them, is that the bottom of the barrel was not secured properly or there boring machine was incapable of securing it, ended up with a cylinder barrel as a paper weight. Summing up I wouldn't trust them to change a spark plug.

I send all of my cylinders to be bored and honed. Outstanding workmanship and finish. Also very happy with the fast turn around of the machine shop. Great work guys!
