As recent immigrants to Australia, my wife and I had the privilege of working with Redlands Mazda to buy our first new car Down Under.nnWhen looking for what vehicle to purchase, we went to numerous dealerships around Brisbane, and had a mixed bag of experiences mostly bad to be honest and then, we got to Redlands Mazda.nnFrom the moment we stepped through the door and we were greeted by Codey Gleeson, we knew we were in for a good experience.nnWithin minutes Codey had understood our needs, our budget, and our preferences and provided expert advice on the full range of options available.nnWe then decided which model to test drive and were swiftly introduced to the knowledgeable finance and insurance specialist, Jay Oti. Jay walked us through our financing options and helped us sign the paperwork required to test drive while Codey was arranging the test drive vehicle.nnOnce complete, Jay walked us over to Codey who handed us the keys and away we went for a lovely test drive.nnThis all happened smoothly and swiftly without pressure as well as in a truly professional manner. A night and day difference compared to other dealerships…nnOn the test drive, the CX-80 sold itself, and we returned ready to make a purchase.nnUpon returning, Codey and Jay walked us through the next steps and we agreed a delivery date. The entire customer experience was seamless.nnThank you gents! We will certainly be back for our next car.
The whole team here at Redlands Mazda were amazing but a huge shout out to Karl & Jay for doing everything they could to help me get into my dream BT-50! Amazing Mazda service centre. Hubby used to go when under warranty but thought to try elsewhere as it may be cheaper. Look it was ok at Ultratune Cleveland and could usually get a loan car and they were very friendly but pricing was not that much cheaper. Went back to Redlands Mazda for regular servicing and was blown away by the experience. Lovely through driveway, ample, spacious parking. Walked in and was immediately greeted by reception asking if I was dropping off for hubby?! So on the ball! Went through the servicing expectations plus some bonus extras. Asked if ok to wash the car and front footwell vacuum, yes pls! Return courtesy bus booked to anywhere but no rush pls as there’s a lovely little cafe inside with complimentary breakfast items even made to order eggs Benedict’s or the salmon bagel special by the lovely professional in-house chef. Help yourself coffee machine, some ready made items in the warmer like bacon and egg rolls, hash browns etc or danishes, fruit, and much more it was all amazing and so good! Sit in the lounge and read a paper, magazine or watch telly or work on your computer. All super clean, all staff super professional and friendly especially Jodi. Received a video summary of work done. Spotless service centre where you can watch from above the work being carried out. Absolutely the best service experience I’ve ever had and never had this in the Mazda dealerships in Sydney. Thank you we’ll be back!
