Adventure Shack were recommended to us by a customer and we are so glad we decided to go with them for our awning installation. The team were super helpful, our entire experience with them was fantastic. Very happy with the end result, we also had a custom banner made for the front to suit our retro/vintage theme from another business. Highly recommend this company!
There is only one place in town to go when you need repairs done on your caravan and it’s here. Dan is absolutely brilliant with massive experience and even though busy he always makes the time to talk to you on both drop off and pickup. Zoe is also great, always welcoming with a smile, making the whole process so easy. The team at Adventure Shack always give exceptional service for a very fair price. 5 star + from us. Amazing service - even mid weekend! Brilliant knowledge of vans and helping choose the right van to hire for the best weekend. Dan is helpful, polite and only to happy to answer questions - wouldn’t consider hiring anywhere else!!
Had a roof leak repaired including a new ceiling section. Our Jayco Sterling had plenty of wear and tear defects fixed as well after a 12 month lap of Australia. Couldn't be happier with the service and the result. Great people to work with, would recommend to everyone.
We've used these guys before and their service was excellent. This year we booked in May for our annual September holiday, paid our deposit and booked all the ancillary camp sites & ferries etc, only to have our booking cancelled by Adventure shack 1 month before our trip, as the owner decided to sell half their fleet of caravans. Who knows how many peoples September holiday plans are going to be up in the air now. Our kids are devastated.

Got our van serviced and a heap of work done very professional in there approach and service highly recommend
We hired the Option RV Tornado to explore Northern NSW. The van was near new, very clean and equipped with absolutely everything we needed for our 3 week adventure. We had an awesome experience hiring through this company. Dan was excellent to deal with, very flexible and easy to contact while away. The van was delivered to our home and then picked up on our return. We highly recommend Adventure Shack. We will be hiring from them again.
Great work in repairing our Motorhome. Were more than happy with the fast service and great communication we got from Luke, Dan and Phil. They installed a new air conditioner, window, awning and skylight, all for a terrific price.
Got my jayco hawk serviced and few repairs like winch cable and lifting arms done here. Very honest and does not rip off. Luke , Dan and team are great and try to help even with Short notice and last minute repairs . They also hire out caravans on at very reasonable rates. Definitely recommend.
