A wonderful experience picking up my car yesterday. After changing round the date 3 times we finally were able to come in early and get our new outlander. Brad, Geoff and Kaylah were wonderful and never made us feel like we were a hassle. They went out of their way to make this a special moment for my wife! They were friendly, assisted us immediately and thanked us throughout the entire experience. We will be back in a few months to trade in and upgrade another car! Thanks again Brad and the team!
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Bartons Capalaba Mitsubishi, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ty Southwick, the salesman who assisted me, was incredibly friendly, eager to help, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He worked around my crazy work schedule to assist me in picking up my new Outlander Exceed, while responding promptly to all my questions and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The dealership boasts a gorgeous showroom with impeccably clean cars, making the browsing and buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly encourage you to visit Bartons Capalaba. Mitsubishi and ask for Ty. You won't be disappointed!
Justin has been amazing to deal with - have bought from Barton’s a couple of times now and Justin continues to provide ongoing support and assistance to me even years after since last purchase. Great person.
The worst Mitsubishi service centre I have ever encountered. Started getting my car serviced here in August 2023. Since this service, they have completely destroyed my sump plug and taken no responsibility for it. When my car started leaking oil after this service, they tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the sump plug and that it couldn’t have been their fault, however it was obvious that there is damage to the outside of the seal. They instead advised that the whole seal inside the sump would need to be replaced - costing me over $600. I was assured that this would fix the leaking oil issue. When I got my car back, the bonnet release cover was left unattached with wires handing out. Less than a month later, my car started leaking oil again. Zero professionalism and overpriced.nDon’t bother taking your car here for a service. I use Mitsubishi dealerships as my service provider to avoid these issues, but Mitsubishi Capalaba have caused nothing but troubles with my car that should have never happened.
