Having been looking for the right car for a few weeks and meeting a few difference car sales people, Ali was a breath of fresh air ! He made the sale incredibly easy, I spoke to him Saturday , put in and offer and deposit, picked it up Monday and had the most beautiful drive home. A great vibe to the dealership and Ali was very down to earth and cool to chat to. Recommend!
Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was an exceptionally good experience from start to finish. Drew, Ali and Liam managed a very quick turn around and the whole process was very smooth with no fuss. A fantastic team at Capalaba Volkswagen, well done.
I cannot be more impressed with my new T-Cross! What an amazing car. And to top it off Clayton Pascoe should get sales guy of the year! The purchase process has been stress- free. Clayton has excellent knowledge of the car, was straightforward in the negotiations and couldn’t be more helpful post sale. The most unprofessional car dealership. dont even waste your time with them they are typical lying car salesman. they hired a caravan from me for a work event and absolutely destroyed it, then wiping hands of any damages to be fixed. had i done that to one of their hire vehicles i would have been in huge trouble. 0 OUT OF 5 STARS
Ali and Liam took amazing care to make the car buying process simple, professional but also enjoyable. Exceptional and fast service. Would absolutely recommend VW Capalaba.
We were travelling from Orange NSW to Brisbane when we ran into car problems. We rang every VW service centre between the Central Coast NSW and Brisbane and no one was able to help us. It was a Friday and not only did the team at Capalabar get us in first thing Monday but they also offered us practical advice and reassurance for our 13hr trip which no other service center offered. We couldn't be happier with the service offered here and if we were local we wouldn't go anywhere else.
I bought my car from Springwood but I go out of my way to service my car here because they make more of an effort for their customers. Always polite and go above and beyond to help. Springwood reception are rude and hard to deal with. The service department always make you feel like a burden. Every time I’ve tried to book a service at Springwood, they have nothing available for weeks but Capalaba will always make an effort fit me in on my days off. Appreciate the effort guys! Thank you.
We love our new Ute and Clayton was a very informative and helpful sales rep, so helpful on organising the warranty on the car Very satisfied today and Husband is really happy about his new toy
The sales staff at Capalaba Volkswagen were very friendly and helpful, at the same time being appropriately businesslike. I felt comfortable sharing the details of my personal situation which led to my decision to buy an SUV. Their product knowledge was excellent. I am happy with my dealings with this dealership.
Very happy with the sales, Ali is an amazing person to deal with and so is Liam the finance and made sure I was in the car without troubles. The servicing department however is unprofessional. Car had an alignment issue, was not fixed the first time. Taken it back for the second time, the service rep peacocked and told me it was fine and acted like he knew everything. Wouldn’t want a female or anyone that doesn’t have mechanical experience to deal with this servicing department. Rude, arrogant and they assume you’re in the wrong right from the start.
