We bought our 2022 Haval Jolion from here. I Went for the first complimentary service and I was met with by service advisor Chloe Matthews. Boy was I glad! For a company that boasts about respect, I was treated with utter disrespect as I was barked at. Lack of proper communication and disrespect towards the customer is shocking. I’m glad that this happened so that I don’t have to return and spend my money here. For any service it is important to properly communicate with the customer, what is the point of having service representatives who can’t even do the bare minimum and provide good reception to customers? If you don’t want to deal with rude people please avoid this service centre!!
Returned my vehicle after a routine logbook service with oil leaks, when the ute never leaked a drop of oil in it's 90,000kms life. Had to wait months for a vacancy to rebook despite advising them it was leaking after their service. Meanwhile oil spills all over the driveway. Finally got it back in, to have the sump plug washer replaced which was crushed from over tightening in the first service with not so much as an apology, or offer of a discounted service. Its OK I'll repair my damaged driveway myself because your workshop team are too incompetent to check vehicles for leaks after a lube service! You shouldn't expect to be congratulated for repairing an issue when it should never have occurred in the first place.Services: General repairs & maintenance
I cant even be bothered writing the many issues I’ve had with Bartons, if you complain no one cares, been charged for issues that don’t exist and so has my wife and friends and colleagues….All responses from Barton’s are the same, and you phone up THEY DONT CARE…Oldfields we’re great, BARTONS NOOOO… So if you’ve had an issues or you thought you were over charged you probably were 100% right. As of today they have lost 5 customers….Barton’s pull ya head in the days of cowboy car sales are gone……Services: General repairs & maintenance

Travelled all over Brisbane to find a car. Should have started here! Ask for Brad Olsen for used cars he is not pushy and very helpful. He was so helpful we went back the next day and bought another car. Thanks for your help and patience!! They also helped with a lend car while waiting for the cleaning and transfer or our car. We had 2 kids with us who were looked after and given biscuits and drinks while we were doing the paperwork. Best customer service!!!
Bartons Service Department had my vehicle for a air-conditioner warranty repair. My vehicle had to go to another repairer The resulting diagnosis was caused by a mess up in the Barton's workshop for which they will not take ownership of. This workshop has cost me a huge unnecessary expense which could have been avoided if they were not so incompetent . Would not recommend at all.Service: Air conditioning

Thank You I have dealt with a few car dealers over the years and never have I had customer service like I received in purchasing my new car. The sales consultant Cindy Holloway was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to make a decision about the car and was given the time really get a feel for it in the yard and again on the test drive. Any questions I had that Cindy did not know on the spot she quickly get them for me from others in the Barton team. I couldn't be happier with my new Holden and with the Cindy and the team at Bartons.
