I called 9 different Ford Dealerships in south east Queensland, before choosing Moreton Bay Ford. This decision was purely due to the exceptional sales person Kyle Niesler.nDid I get the cheapest price or the best trade in, no… but that didn’t matter because I was more than happy to agree a deal with Kyle because of his extraordinary customer service.nThe extra couple of grand was well spent because of how easy Kyle was to work with and how he went the extra mile to source the vehicle we wanted. He even came in on his day off to handover the keys. I would send anyone and everyone to Kyle if they were looking for a Ford or a Suzuki.

Went to Moreton Bay Ford today at around 12:30pm Saturday. No sales staff around at all, found them all in the lunchroom. Someone eventually came out and let me know they had had a big morning and were all eating.nEventually got talking of the car i was interested in and was told sorry don't have that in stock and she gave me her business card to contact her to check when they will have the car to test drive as no stock till December.nLong story short, went to Mitsubishi Capalaba where all staff gave full attention and couldn't have been nicer and now have a Mitsubishi ordered.nIf i want a Ford will not be through Moreton Bay Ford, such poor before sales service. Imagine after sales service....yuck!!!!

Nick and the whole Ford Service Team have been really good with all aspects in the care of our Next Gen Ranger. Communications from not only booking in, reminders, and updates on our vehicle’s status has assured we’re up to date assisting us in planning. Their attention to detail has left me confident in travelling with little risk of dramas. Too often we forget the importance of having a Ford Technician care for our vehicle. Thanks Nick.

I was a loyal customer of Moreton Bay Ford and would take my 2011 Ford Territory exclusively to them for servicing and all mechanical and tyre worknnBut I no longer take my vehicle there.nnI found one female staff member in particular to be rude and abrasive.   Almost like I was an annoying distraction from their early morning coffee break.   If you walked into the showroom it always seemed like you were an annoyance to the sales staff if you had a question.nnOn one occasion I booked the vehicle in for four 4 tyres but only had two 2 rear tyres fitted.  When I questioned the partial work all I got was a mumbled response which didn't offer me any explanation.nnI attempted to offer Moreton Bay Ford feedback online, by phone and email and never received a response.  Hence the One star ratingnnI cannot in good conscience recommend Moreton Bay Ford to others
