I bought a new Ranger from Nathaniel in December 2017. His customer service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond my expectations to sell me a vehicle. I would highly recommend buying from Moreton Bay Ford Capalaba, in particular from Nathaniel in new car sales.

Worst buying experience I've ever had. 
Constant b-s from the beginning. Spent my deposit before finance was approved, and wouldn't refund it. 
After the car was paid for, it took a whole month for the dealership to organise putting a steel tray on it. I live out of Brisbane and had to change my pick up plans several times because they kept taking so long, and were never up front about how long it would take. 
I was promised a full tank of fuel upon pick up, but it was 3 quarters empty, and it had a flat battery. They jump started it and wouldn't replace the battery. 

I'll never be buying a car through this dealership again. As soon as they had the car paid for, they didn't care one bit about the rest. Dishonest, lack of after sales service, and didn't follow up on their promises.

I live locally and was 90% sure i was going to purchase my new cars here. The first meeting was positive, they offered me a demo to take home and test drive in our normal conditions and said they would get back to me with their offer. 3 days later and with an email or 2 in between i handed the keys back and asked for the price to which they couldn't give me as "the staff member who organises the prices was busy" and i was told i would have their offer when he becomes available that morning. So off to the other dealers i went. I rang them back after visiting the other brisbane dealers to get the same response "the staff member who organises the prices was busy" so i requested for a return call. An hour went by and i heard nothing, i was just about to call when the sales manager at QFord rang me and offered me a deal that suited my needs. I rang capalaba back and said that because their customer service was so poor i would be going with another dealer. I was very serious in making a deal with capalaba as that is my local dealer but with their actions it obviously wasn't a two way street. As i said to the lady on the phone who took my last call "you guys just missed out on 75K". Improve your customer service and treat them with the respect they deserve please.
