Spent an hour in traffic to look at a car, after notifying by phone I was coming. Waited in waiting room,playing with the dealerships dog, while someone in the office chatted on the phone to what sounded like another dealer. Kept playing with dog.No recognition that I even existed which is great considering the OPEN office window is at the front, and faces onto the driveway where you walk up to the office. Gave up eventually, and went to a store in the area that my wife wanted to look at. Returned half an hour later to Fastlane. Office door still closed, someone inside following an auction on T.V or radio. Played with the dog again. Left, still with money in pocket. Gave 1 star rating just because I liked the dog, pity it didn't have a sellers license. Ever hear the saying "good news travels like molasses, bad news travels at the speed of lightning. If you are going to be in a customer service industry, try serving the customers.

Charlie was very helpful when selling me my new Navara, He seemed honest and wasn't pushy i am very happy with my purchase and interactions with this dealership if you want a used car definately have a chat to Charlie.
